This is at their company BigHit, they've got their musicstudios, dancestudios etc there. All other employees are home isolating but BTS and another group TXT are still working and practicing in the building. BigHit is actually building a new building, which is absolutely insane. I think it has like 20 floors. I'm pretty sure you can google new BigHit building. Not just BTS and TXT will be based there but BigHit has branched out their Label and acquired other kpop labels to also support and ofcourse also branched out their services for purely BTS purposes. I can name a lot of examples just ask me and I can ramble on hahahha. This all doesn't take away how amazing their dorm is located in the most exclusive guarded apartment area in Seoul with many politicians and other higher ups in Korea. They just keep their current dorm/apartment private. There was a really really small peek of it in BonVoyage season 4, but only of one room.
Let me break it down for you friend: 1) Boy *In* Luv: from their album Skool Luv Affair. Which is about teenage love basically. Hormonal, weird, you don't really get it but you just love that person. 2) Boy *With* Luv: from their album MOTS: Persona/7. Which is about what actually matters in love and a relationship, the small tiny things that make up a person's day and just them really. So it's like the matured love. Bonus: 3) Boyz With Fun: it's a cute great anthem about them being chaotic and hectic af 😂💜💜 great energetic song PS: NOT saying that the first kind of love is bad and nor are bts, it's just growth. You find out that there is more than just meets the eye that matters.
I would recommend you to watch compilations of each of the members, like you did with jimin and yoongi for example, like for hoseok (jhope) a video about his great dance stills would be great or for taehyung (V) a video called "Kim taehyung being himself" I think, there is a ton out there I think you'll enjoy ❤️
Oh, and I know that sometimes fans will bitch or correct you if you don't know the terminology of whatever or if you mix something up. DO NOT take this to heart and let it kill the fun. People are just super passionate about these boys and might come off as pushy. Do stuff as you feel comfortable or it will kill the buzz and make you regret diving into this since there is a shitload of content out there. We love what you put out so just enjoy it.

Every time I watch it I can't get over jungkook's fit and those LEGS but besides that their apartment is REALLY BIG AND EXPENSIVE but this was actually shot in a dance studio at their company I think the only time they have shown the inside of their apartment is when they filmed bon voyage
This was actually filmed in their company building's dance practice studio. Even during these difficult times, they go back and forth between their home and the company building to continue working and practicing. They've hardly ever shown us what their *current* home looks like, especially considering that they've moved buildings so many times within the past couple of years. Where they're living now (Hannam the Hills Suites in Yongsan-gu, Seoul) is a very lavish district, where a lot of other celebrities reside, and is well-protected by 24/7 security; but you can never be too cautious when you're the top music group with a large and passionate fanbase, plus it's pretty much the only private place they've got to escape from the cameras and fame (though they've shown clips of their previous living quarters before in the past).

From the way they talk about their apartment, it's massiivvee. I remember they got back from vacation and they were all migrating to an open area to pack for BV4 (with a massive 70-something inch flatscreen TV just sitting on the ground with no furniture for it to be on like a true bachelor pad lol) and greeting each other (most of them hadn't seen each other for the whole month they had off) and Jimin wanders in a while later and they all seem surprised to see him even though he'd already been back for a day or so. And later, Yoongi comes out after a shower and they haven't seen him until then either. There are some other similar stories and I'm??? How big is their place that they can't account for everybody??
Landon, i can't wait for you to react to Yoongi's solo called First Love (please look up the meaning and analysis first because it's not the typical first love song). it's so emotional especially his last live performance for that song. i remember being in the crowd when he performed that and the entire venue just kept quiet as if they were holding their breath. it's so good!
South Korea is not understand the same restrictions as the US and Europe. No one is forced to stay home at this point. BTS lives at Hannam The Hill in Seoul, you can see there living room and kitchen in the first episode of Bon voyage 4. You can see older dorms all over youtube. Each boy also has bought there own home, or multiple in the case of Jin, but Big Hit has remained strong in saying the boys still live together. No one knows 100% if they do or not. Most assume they stay together during promotional times and then at there own homes other times which is what i think. As for there office building the boys spend a lot time there, the building houses all the boys and the companies studios including multiple dance practice rooms, a gym, and hangout rooms. Big Hit recently just bought and is working on opening a new corporate office but due to the virus work has slowed on it.

Yeah, was expecting you to react to this as well. They are at the company and not their house though (man, we really know too much about everything, yikes!) There are videos online of similar apartments in that complex (Hannam The Hill). It's one of the most expensive places to live in Seoul because a lot of celebrities/public figures live there particularly for the privacy that the residential area offers. It's better that they are safe. Sasaengs are to be feared and avoided. (Sasaengs are basically obsessive stalkers. They need help. Real psychiatric help. No joke) I think everybody can agree this is somewhat a low energy performance even for them. We don't mind, we just hope everybody is happy and healthy. I actually pity you with all the massive amount of info just being thrown at you constantly and repeatedly. Oh, and I dunno about other people but I don't mind not getting a reply if your brain is just too tired. I appreciate the company during quarantine though. Your working a lot also, hope you're ok. They were in their studio or dance practise room in Big Hit building. All of them do commute to the company regularly because they are working non-stop even during this c19 quarantine. Its their routine during the self isolation. They have a company unit (some of them bought their personal unit) in the most expensive complex in South Korea. They are living together however they do visit their personal home to meet up with family during their rare vacation. Each time they do their Vlive live video, they are mostly in their personal studio in the company. I think recently Jimin was in his own studio in the company since he started to write his own song and all. (Previously only the rapline have their own personal studio well equipped with all their producing stuff, and Jungkook with his studio that he used to produce song and edit video.)
Jimin has done some lives lately and he mentioned that he's only dressing up in them to show army (he even did a little catwalk in his last one), and that these days he's only been wearing sweatpants.
BTS makes you feel safe and at home. Even though I have never met them, and never will 😔, I feel like they are my friends. I have never felt that way with any other people I have followed.
Their actual apartment is so big and nice and they also have their own individual apartments that they bought last year, i suppose they divide their time between living together during promotions and living alone when theyre just working on music and stuff, even tho they have their studios and practice room in the bighit building. I always find it extremely cute when they talk about their dorm because they never call it dorm, they always call it home🥺 and its also cute to hear them talk about little domestic things like nagging at each other for not closing the windows probably and letting mosquitoes in or leaving their shoes everywhere instead of the shoe cabinet, they really are like a family and from the 10 years that theyve known each other they spent most of it living together so its always nice when that family dynamic comes out

their dorm back in 2013 was small as hell, but now they live in one of the most expensive residential areas in korea. theyve switched dorms thrice now and every few years we could see them getting richer! although this video was shot in the bighit building.

Yeah....Koreans aren't really in isolation and haven't really been either. They didn't need to since they have plenty of tests for everyone to get tested as much as they want. Mainly the ones infected get quarantined.

Okay .. my favorite performances are from MMA 2018 & MMA 2019. You HAVE to watch those. They’re long but it’s totally worth it and trust me, ARMY will watch your full reaction for 30+ minutes.
They live in the more expensive department building in Seúl, it’s like a mansion really. But they have been upgrading house for a wile now, at the very begging they even had to share mattresses that went to bunk beds and all in one room, to rooms for 2-3 people. Right now the only ones sharing a room are jhope and jimin but that’s because they want to, they have room to spare ☺️
I absolutely loved this....they ALL looked great! I don't know what the difference in time was, but maybe it was really early in the morning there....but I still loved the casualness of this whole thing. I have to say, though...V was a whole vibe, lol!
I'm pretty sure their dorm is basically a mini-village bc some of the members have actually bought apartments in the same community so they could literally go to whoever's apartment whenever unless they're renting to other ppl or something like that. Yea some of their practice videos you can see that they're trying really hard while some others they goof around a little as well. I think this was more than likely performed at Bighit's headquarters rather than their 'dorm' but their house I've heard is quite large so I wouldn't be surprised if there was also a studio to practice in there, just might not be as big.

Man, I love watching people react and discover BTS. It's so nice seeing someone fall in love with them and their music it kinda gives me nostalgic feelings of when I first discovered them. I was 3years late to the BTS party, though. ahhaa! I discovered them right as they were about to enter BST era. My friends who've been armys before me gave me so much material so that I could catch up before the comeback. haha you screenshot my comment, I was surprised. Yeah I'm subscribed, I love your videos and you're so funny. Anyways, the boys did feel a little lower on energy, but I guess that makes sense. I don't know if you keep up with them personally, but in case you don't, they've talked to us a few times about how the situation the world is facing right now is affecting them. To sum it up for you they basically said they are really down because they can't see us. They can't be with army and perform for us. You have to understand that they worked so hard and for so long on this comeback, longest than on the previous ones. This album is sooo special to them and this was supposed to be their biggest cb yet, they were so excited to show us everything, but now even their world tour is threatened and that's hurting all of them. (I imagine there's also the shadow of the future enlistment thing, but nothing is confirmed on that regard so I don't like to think about it.) Look, I'll give you a bit more detail to give you a better understanding of what they might've been feeling (if you choose to keep reading my comment), since we may see them like this again. So after the new album was released, the boys started doing promotions and that's when things started aggravating fast, especially in their country. Due to that, the korean music shows they usually perform on had to be recorded without audience. That was a first for the boys and even though they performed greatly and won number #1 at the show, you could see they were kind of bummed out. They get energy from the crowd and there was none of us there to cheer them on. They said they missed us so much and jungkook commented on Vlive with a sad face that he even sang our fanchants in his head during their performance (btw did you know he has ARMY tattoo'd on his hand? The tattoo is also an homage to the members, just google it and you'll see). The music shows with no audience went on for 2 weeks and I've never seen those boys so army deprived before. They were so active online (even the members that usually aren't), doing Vlives, posting selfies, saying they missed us every chance they had and interacting with us in all the ways they could. I saw a video of when Jimin was in a moving car after a music show and he literally rolled down the blackout window just so he could get a glimpse of some armys that he noticed on the street. Jungkook was in the car with him and almost put his entire head out the window just to see them as well. Their smiles were so big, they looked so happy to see the fans, it actually broke my heart. They all told us it was no fun doing the promos without army, Suga even joked on a Vlive that it was awkward and kind of like eating a donut with no filling (well he actually said a different food, probably korean, but whoever did the subs put it as 'donut' to make it easier for international fans), but they knew it was for everyone's safety. Namjoon did his usual "behind the album" Vlive to tell us how it was to work on each song, but he also ended up opening his heart saying that they were having such a hard time with this whole thing, that after recording the music shows he would get home earlier and scream in anger and frustration. He was tearing up by the end and said "army I love you, I really do. I love you with everything I know about the word 'love'". Needless to say many people cried with him that day. We didn't realize it was so hard for them to be away from us like that, but I suppose it makes sense - their life revolves around music and performing, if you see them on stage you'll know how much they love it. And they love to connect with people, so no wonder that not being able to do that really gets to them. I think they're managing right now, because they have to. Jimin told us they talked about it, but they couldn't risk doing any shows until it was safe, that they would feel horible if any of us got sick. They're always trying to confort us too, but you can see how much they want to be able to truly perform again. They keep posting about it, and saying how they miss us and how they realized how precious their time with us is and how they value it even more now than they already did. I imagine this is the reason why they seemed a bit lower on energy in the Homefest performance, because it was just another recording with no audience, you know? That's my impression anyway. Oops sorry for another long comment, I'm a librarianship student so I have this thing with wanting people to be informed haha I just wanted to paint you a bigger picture on the situation, since you're fairly new to this rabbit hole. I think a lot of people just use “dorm” to refer to their housing. They currently live in an expensive apartment complex one that many idols & actors use because of the higher security.

This is at their company BigHit, they've got their musicstudios, dancestudios etc there. All other employees are home isolating but BTS and another group TXT are still working and practicing in the building.
BigHit is actually building a new building, which is absolutely insane. I think it has like 20 floors. I'm pretty sure you can google new BigHit building. Not just BTS and TXT will be based there but BigHit has branched out their Label and acquired other kpop labels to also support and ofcourse also branched out their services for purely BTS purposes. I can name a lot of examples just ask me and I can ramble on hahahha.
This all doesn't take away how amazing their dorm is located in the most exclusive guarded apartment area in Seoul with many politicians and other higher ups in Korea. They just keep their current dorm/apartment private. There was a really really small peek of it in BonVoyage season 4, but only of one room.

from their album Skool Luv Affair. Which is about teenage love basically. Hormonal, weird, you don't really get it but you just love that person.

Oh, and I know that sometimes fans will bitch or correct you if you don't know the terminology of whatever or if you mix something up. DO NOT take this to heart and let it kill the fun. People are just super passionate about these boys and might come off as pushy. Do stuff as you feel comfortable or it will kill the buzz and make you regret diving into this since there is a shitload of content out there. We love what you put out so just enjoy it.

Every time I watch it I can't get over jungkook's fit and those LEGS but besides that their apartment is REALLY BIG AND EXPENSIVE but this was actually shot in a dance studio at their company I think the only time they have shown the inside of their apartment is when they filmed bon voyage
This was actually filmed in their company building's dance practice studio. Even during these difficult times, they go back and forth between their home and the company building to continue working and practicing. They've hardly ever shown us what their *current* home looks like, especially considering that they've moved buildings so many times within the past couple of years. Where they're living now (Hannam the Hills Suites in Yongsan-gu, Seoul) is a very lavish district, where a lot of other celebrities reside, and is well-protected by 24/7 security; but you can never be too cautious when you're the top music group with a large and passionate fanbase, plus it's pretty much the only private place they've got to escape from the cameras and fame (though they've shown clips of their previous living quarters before in the past).

From the way they talk about their apartment, it's massiivvee. I remember they got back from vacation and they were all migrating to an open area to pack for BV4 (with a massive 70-something inch flatscreen TV just sitting on the ground with no furniture for it to be on like a true bachelor pad lol) and greeting each other (most of them hadn't seen each other for the whole month they had off) and Jimin wanders in a while later and they all seem surprised to see him even though he'd already been back for a day or so. And later, Yoongi comes out after a shower and they haven't seen him until then either. There are some other similar stories and I'm??? How big is their place that they can't account for everybody??
Landon, i can't wait for you to react to Yoongi's solo called First Love (please look up the meaning and analysis first because it's not the typical first love song). it's so emotional especially his last live performance for that song. i remember being in the crowd when he performed that and the entire venue just kept quiet as if they were holding their breath. it's so good!

South Korea is not understand the same restrictions as the US and Europe. No one is forced to stay home at this point. BTS lives at Hannam The Hill in Seoul, you can see there living room and kitchen in the first episode of Bon voyage 4. You can see older dorms all over youtube. Each boy also has bought there own home, or multiple in the case of Jin, but Big Hit has remained strong in saying the boys still live together. No one knows 100% if they do or not. Most assume they stay together during promotional times and then at there own homes other times which is what i think. As for there office building the boys spend a lot time there, the building houses all the boys and the companies studios including multiple dance practice rooms, a gym, and hangout rooms. Big Hit recently just bought and is working on opening a new corporate office but due to the virus work has slowed on it.

all of the boys have their personal apartments, but they don't live there. their dorm is kinda huge? every one of them has their own big room (but jhope and jimin decided to share the room bc they've been roommates for all those years and jimin says that he need someone to take care of him). so yeah, they have a big house where they live together, but the biys have their own apartments if they feel like starting to live alone. the funniest thing is when they text and call each other instead of talking in person because the dorm is too big hehe

Yeah, was expecting you to react to this as well. They are at the company and not their house though (man, we really know too much about everything, yikes!) There are videos online of similar apartments in that complex (Hannam The Hill). It's one of the most expensive places to live in Seoul because a lot of celebrities/public figures live there particularly for the privacy that the residential area offers. It's better that they are safe. Sasaengs are to be feared and avoided. (Sasaengs are basically obsessive stalkers. They need help. Real psychiatric help. No joke)
I think everybody can agree this is somewhat a low energy performance even for them. We don't mind, we just hope everybody is happy and healthy.

They were in their studio or dance practise room in Big Hit building. All of them do commute to the company regularly because they are working non-stop even during this c19 quarantine. Its their routine during the self isolation. They have a company unit (some of them bought their personal unit) in the most expensive complex in South Korea. They are living together however they do visit their personal home to meet up with family during their rare vacation.
Each time they do their Vlive live video, they are mostly in their personal studio in the company. I think recently Jimin was in his own studio in the company since he started to write his own song and all. (Previously only the rapline have their own personal studio well equipped with all their producing stuff, and Jungkook with his studio that he used to produce song and edit video.)
Jimin has done some lives lately and he mentioned that he's only dressing up in them to show army (he even did a little catwalk in his last one), and that these days he's only been wearing sweatpants.
BTS makes you feel safe and at home. Even though I have never met them, and never will 😔, I feel like they are my friends. I have never felt that way with any other people I have followed.
Their actual apartment is so big and nice and they also have their own individual apartments that they bought last year, i suppose they divide their time between living together during promotions and living alone when theyre just working on music and stuff, even tho they have their studios and practice room in the bighit building. I always find it extremely cute when they talk about their dorm because they never call it dorm, they always call it home🥺 and its also cute to hear them talk about little domestic things like nagging at each other for not closing the windows probably and letting mosquitoes in or leaving their shoes everywhere instead of the shoe cabinet, they really are like a family and from the 10 years that theyve known each other they spent most of it living together so its always nice when that family dynamic comes out

their dorm back in 2013 was small as hell, but now they live in one of the most expensive residential areas in korea. theyve switched dorms thrice now and every few years we could see them getting richer! although this video was shot in the bighit building.
their current dorm is located in hannam the hill, which is a complex of apartments for very rich people, you can find pictures online. they moved there in november 2017 and since then few of the members bought apartments for themselves, paid entirely in cash (yoongi apparently paid for his 3 million dollars so,,,,), but as far as we know they still live with each other most of the time
If you want to jump ahead in time with their music, you can leave their school trilogy and start with I need U. It was their first win in music shows in Korea and it's also the beginning of the BTS universe in MVs :)

The dance room was in the bight building. The bighit staff don't work anymore and are in quarantine, but the bts members are still working so their quarantine is home and bighit building.
This was actually filmed at their company, so this must be one of the practice rooms. They are still going to work regularly (that's what they call going to their company's building). That's where their studios and practice rooms are.
Yeah....Koreans aren't really in isolation and haven't really been either. They didn't need to since they have plenty of tests for everyone to get tested as much as they want. Mainly the ones infected get quarantined.

They live in the more expensive department building in Seúl, it’s like a mansion really. But they have been upgrading house for a wile now, at the very begging they even had to share mattresses that went to bunk beds and all in one room, to rooms for 2-3 people. Right now the only ones sharing a room are jhope and jimin but that’s because they want to, they have room to spare ☺️

I'm pretty sure their dorm is basically a mini-village bc some of the members have actually bought apartments in the same community so they could literally go to whoever's apartment whenever unless they're renting to other ppl or something like that. But yet they still refuse to move out bc 1) they're clingy asf and 2) I'm pretty sure Jin would get so mad having to drag them all separately home from overworking their asses off

Love your videos, it's always such a joy to wake up and see that you posted. Yea some of their practice videos you can see that they're trying really hard while some others they goof around a little as well. I think this was more than likely performed at Bighit's headquarters rather than their 'dorm' but their house I've heard is quite large so I wouldn't be surprised if there was also a studio to practice in there, just might not be as big.
I stayed up until 4am just to be able to see the HomeFest show when it aired x'D (it lasted an hour of course, so I only went to bed at around 5:30am lol) European Armys are hella tired people x'D

Man, I love watching people react and discover BTS. It's so nice seeing someone fall in love with them and their music it kinda gives me nostalgic feelings of when I first discovered them. I was 3years late to the BTS party, though. ahhaa! I discovered them right as they were about to enter BST era. My friends who've been armys before me gave me so much material so that I could catch up before the comeback. I literally inhaled 3yrs worth of BTS content including shows and interviews they did in like 2 months HAHAHAHA! XD Have fun in your journey in getting to know them, Landon!

haha you screenshot my comment, I was surprised. Yeah I'm subscribed, I love your videos and you're so funny. Anyways, the boys did feel a little lower on energy, but I guess that makes sense. I don't know if you keep up with them personally, but in case you don't, they've talked to us a few times about how the situation the world is facing right now is affecting them. To sum it up for you they basically said they are really down because they can't see us. They can't be with army and perform for us. You have to understand that they worked so hard and for so long on this comeback, longest than on the previous ones. This album is sooo special to them and this was supposed to be their biggest cb yet, they were so excited to show us everything, but now even their world tour is threatened and that's hurting all of them. (I imagine there's also the shadow of the future enlistment thing, but nothing is confirmed on that regard so I don't like to think about it.)
Look, I'll give you a bit more detail to give you a better understanding of what they might've been feeling (if you choose to keep reading my comment), since we may see them like this again. So after the new album was released, the boys started doing promotions and that's when things started aggravating fast, especially in their country. Due to that, the korean music shows they usually perform on had to be recorded without audience. That was a first for the boys and even though they performed greatly and won number #1 at the show, you could see they were kind of bummed out. They get energy from the crowd and there was none of us there to cheer them on. They said they missed us so much and jungkook commented on Vlive with a sad face that he even sang our fanchants in his head during their performance (btw did you know he has ARMY tattoo'd on his hand? The tattoo is also an homage to the members, just google it and you'll see). The music shows with no audience went on for 2 weeks and I've never seen those boys so army deprived before. They were so active online (even the members that usually aren't), doing Vlives, posting selfies, saying they missed us every chance they had and interacting with us in all the ways they could. I saw a video of when Jimin was in a moving car after a music show and he literally rolled down the blackout window just so he could get a glimpse of some armys that he noticed on the street. Jungkook was in the car with him and almost put his entire head out the window just to see them as well. Their smiles were so big, they looked so happy to see the fans, it actually broke my heart.
They all told us it was no fun doing the promos without army, Suga even joked on a Vlive that it was awkward and kind of like eating a donut with no filling (well he actually said a different food, probably korean, but whoever did the subs put it as 'donut' to make it easier for international fans), but they knew it was for everyone's safety. Namjoon did his usual "behind the album" Vlive to tell us how it was to work on each song, but he also ended up opening his heart saying that they were having such a hard time with this whole thing, that after recording the music shows he would get home earlier and scream in anger and frustration. He was tearing up by the end and said "army I love you, I really do. I love you with everything I know about the word 'love'". Needless to say many people cried with him that day. We didn't realize it was so hard for them to be away from us like that, but I suppose it makes sense - their life revolves around music and performing, if you see them on stage you'll know how much they love it. And they love to connect with people, so no wonder that not being able to do that really gets to them. I think they're managing right now, because they have to. Jimin told us they talked about it, but they couldn't risk doing any shows until it was safe, that they would feel horible if any of us got sick. They're always trying to confort us too, but you can see how much they want to be able to truly perform again. They keep posting about it, and saying how they miss us and how they realized how precious their time with us is and how they value it even more now than they already did. I imagine this is the reason why they seemed a bit lower on energy in the Homefest performance, because it was just another recording with no audience, you know? That's my impression anyway.
Oops sorry for another long comment, I'm a librarianship student so I have this thing with wanting people to be informed haha I just wanted to paint you a bigger picture on the situation, since you're fairly new to this rabbit hole.
