Conquering the Boiling Lake: An Incredible Adventure in Dominica

Check out the details of our incredible adventure to the Boiling Lake in Dominica! My 18-year-old son and I took on this extremely challenging hike, and it was worth every step. The natural beauty we encountered along the way was simply breathtaking. We experienced both hot and cold water, encountered interesting plants, and even saw a helicopter in action transporting pillars to build the cable car. We climbed multiple mountains and descended into valleys. Despite the tough terrain, the experience was unforgettable and highly rewarding. If you're up for an adventure, I encourage you to give this hike a try. Just make sure to go with a tour guide for the best and safest experience! We used Peter "Bushman" Green. Also, please wear proper hiking boots; we didn’t realize how critical this simple gesture was and it could have saved us so much time. We completed the bucket list hike in over 8 hours.
