It's something that has fascinated me since I began watching NCAA volleyball some years ago and now this Pro Volleyball League.
Good observation. If you watch Japan and how they handle the lives of pro players, as an American fan I am thirsty for news. When a player gets injured and has to go on medical leave the Japanese don’t report anything much.

I do have a query out of curiosity….Lazareva is a Russian citizen, how come she is allowed to play in the USA? What does this mean? I like the Russians to be in the intl competition..
Each team is allowed 2 international players. She either has a solid contract here, wanted to see and live in America, or a combination of the two. I'm very grateful that she is on the VIBE!
