    Awesome!
    All you guys please just pay the attention this guy deserves. He's done a great video with the solution to one of the most complex mods for an SFC sequence. It used to be a very big hassle to add a timer between two SFC steps, but this guy did it look easy. I know he talks slow, but you'll just need to set play speed to 1.5 and Voilá!
    Many thanks and best regards!

    is it possible to do a counter in sfc? how can I do that?

    • @ShaneWelcher
      @ShaneWelcher  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, just open the instruction help section for counters then see the example of structure text.
      I have videos on timers in structure text.
      Maybe that would help.
      Keyword search this channel & you will see this

      Just to provide you with some short term help until I can make a video.
      Think about a structured text counter just like a structured text timer, the data types are function block type.
      Here is a small example of code for a single counter.
      CTUD_01.Preset := 500;
      CTUD_01.Reset := Restart;
      CTUD_O1.CUEnable := limit_switch1;
      CTUD(CTUD_01);
      counter_state := CTUD_01.DN;

    by the way is this part 1 video for SFC tutorial?

    • @ShaneWelcher
      @ShaneWelcher  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know if I would call it part 1 because I made this 4 years ago.
      I am thinking that I need to make new ones so I have gotten a lot better in teaching.
      Still a great informative video.
      Use the search tab on my channel then type in what you have interest in, this will show all of the results on my TH-cam channel.
      I have over 400 videos.

      Change your settings on your computer, right hand corner of the video....it is in 1080p HD
      Or check your internet connection

      @@ShaneWelcher I think what he's saying is you filmed while zoomed out.

      Still a clear video if you adjust the settings on TH-cam to 1080p.
      I understand the zoom in part but at the time I recorded this video, I did do that.
      Some of these videos are few years old.
      I am starting to use more editing features now to the new content we put out
