This is cultural dance of hazara people a region kpk part of Pakistan, this dance is called ghoomer .............and youngsters are very expert in this dance, its a varification of punjabi luddi, pashtoon atan Sariki luddi balochi chaap etc.............its beautiful to enjoy live
No bro this is from hazara division. Hazarewal are also not a single ethnic group. It is almost 50/50 divided between people of pashtun/pathan decent like jadoon, swati, tarkhel etc and local and potohar region tribes. This dance is 80% similar to attan.

There is only one Luddi that is Punjabi luddi. This dance is also luddi. Luddi is folk Punjabi dance
