This edit hits so different if you know what happened at the end of the series. I'm crying 😭💀
People may hate me for saying this but I think there should be no second season for this series.
I mean if you truly understand the deep meaning they were trying to teach us, you will know that they are happy now.
Life is a mix of a little bit of sadness, a little bit of regret and a bit of broken promises too, it is not always sunshine and daisies.
Not all memories can bring a smile to you lips, some roll down you cheeks.
They all lost someone they loved, but were taught a great lesson.
Kim and Way Neve got to get together or even kiss but, they taught us with a beautiful meaning of love, a true meaning of love. A love that touches soul rather than bodies. That love stays in our hearts no matter the distance. It is selfless and not painful. Love has different forms and it many be painful to you if you accept it that way. Think why it happened, what was affected after it happened and what changed. You will know the answer if you search hard enough. Trust me. If not that then think of it as- Something people need to get hurt too.
Pan never saw herself worthy and beautiful enought to get close to anyone. She always thought she was not good enough, so she kept focusing on other opinion and feeling rather than focusing on herself. She shipped Way with Kim cause she wanted a love like that for herself but never thought she deserved it. So she fantasied about it to make herself feel good. But in the end, she learnt a great lesson. And she had a sudden realisation that the two most precious people were with her all this time while she was blinded by her insecurities. Realisation.
Soda realised that she was not just a girl who write fiction, she is a great friend and Never questioned Pan even ones when the topic of swapping came out. It shows that she is so pure, supportive and lovely and trustworthy friend. She was there for her in her every step like a true friend should. (We all need a soda in our life's❤️)
Khett wanted to be close to his brother because he thought Kim hated him. But it was not true, Khett learns that Kim was always watching him from afar. He worried about his little brother. He was just too afraid and unure to talk about his inner feelings. Khett learns that he could fix their relationship as brothers even though Kim was not there with him, cause he believes that Kim will be watching over him and his blessings will be there. This is what we call acceptance.
Way thought he should be following Kim around cause he was the first person to save his life and thus it was his duty to always support and protect Kim. He never puts his dreams in front, rather chose to wait and let Kim decided. He overlooked why Kim helped him in the first place.
In the end he understood what Kim was trying do. Kim knew that him and Way could never be together so Kim waited until Way was mature enough to understand it. Kim tried to teach Way the reality in a manner Way would understand rather that rejecting him immediately. Way moved on, learnt to put himself first and decided that he should do what he wanted.
Phingphing knew that she loved Way but it that was one-sided. She was in denial. She has always been with Way since the start and never wanted to change, to let go. In the end she learnt that feeling can change and it is not good to force yourself. She realised that she was wrong and tried accepting the fact that she had to let go to save herself and Way. She can't pretend all her life, she wouldn't be happy for long if she does this.
If we think hard enough, all the individual characters, together tried to portray a single person that have all the insecurities and beliefs that need should be changed.
We all think in some way or the other that-
we are not good enough,
We have no one to Love us
We are trapped in a one-sided feeling that is making us feel worst,
We have a family that feels like strangers cause we never tried enough and held a grudge against them,
We loved someone and never wanted to let them go,
We made a mistake and tried to redo it to make the person talk to us again and felt like failing,
Feeling like we have too many flaws,
And the think we people pleasers like to do all the time, keeping others before us.
Way taught us that we should not never hate someone for the mistakes they did in the past, never hold a grudge against them, never have hatered for someone for a long time, neve say goodbye without a smile, maybe it will be the last time you see them. He taught us that love is selfless and he loved Way too much. That's why the swapping happened, cause Kim was long dead and his wish was never fulfilled.
Learn from Khett to believe in his love and try persuing it rather than being too much insecure.
Not everyone gets a chance to say good bye like Way did. So wach it and learn from it.

Kim and Way's story is too sad but for me Kim and Khet's story is the one that made me cry the most ...
The story between two brothers who looked after each other and took care for the other in secret but who never had the chance to tell each other what they felt for the other, or to explain themselves ...
Khet blamed himself for being a burden, for never having stood up for his brother and for being "mean" to him, kid.
Kim didn't hold it against his little brother, looked after him but didn't want to take the first step ...
Kim loved his brother, proof, Way during the funeral told Khet that Kim considered him to be his only real family, but had resentments towards his parents and since they were not present, he let them go out on his brother who was the only one present ...
those two are a wonderful couple they never get enough scenes together.... I was sade cause you can make a series for both of them without too many actors....it will succeed
YES! even with the sad ending it will work out 😔 or we can have an alternative ending, or a whole new plot with them 😔 I just need to see them together to be able to heal 😔
