I especially like the shots through the fence as the funnel danced into a tornado. The video of big hail bouncing up in those fence shots impressed me. Good job guys, Thanks.

That hail near the tornado was "slinging baseballs". Well, your windows and windshield would be trashed. Maybe ping pong, but y'all did get a good shot of a nice tornado.
the big tornado did some major damage plus this monster got so dam intense the velocities on it stop registering let just say the only time we see that is mostly with Ef4+ tornados.
@@andrewmarino5441they should come out with a new system to give proper ratings to rural area tornados cause slapping an ef1 to an ef2 on it is $tupid reason why they should go by velocities to determine the strength of them in rural areas.
@@mionaruse2748 Used to be what they had. with the regular Fujita rating, but damage to property is more relevant. Radar imagery shows quite a lot of the information you refer to :) (Gate to gate shear and such)

What a spectacular show with the tornado that didn't know whether to get going or just hang around.
I love these tornado videos. They're so violent in nature but I've always thought they look kind of calm in the way they form so perfectly.
It's always so creepy to see multiple vortices dancing around each other underneath a large single funnel.

I drove from happy to Silverton and I am sure i saw a large tornado, streaky rain bands and lots of positive lighting.

I lived in that area back in the late 70s, and never once saw a tornado.
Definitely one of the most violent tornadoes caught on camera. Looks very close to the stuff the central part of Oklahoma gets.

It didn't hit much structures though so the flawed NWS weather survey will probably only rate an EF2
several tornadoes like that already this year (with velocities going out of range) and only one of them got an EF4 rating
