I’m back with a new affordable foundation doing a full review, first impressions and a 2 day wear test of the New L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation with SPF 50, it's L'Oreal's new brand! Girl you have beautiful skin. I had oilier skin when I was young and I was told by a dermatologist that oily skin wrinkles less, I’m 64 now and my wrinkles are not so bad. I have been testing the entire line of this anti-aging product, will do video soon. I love your energy, hugs, Clara xoxo

Great review. What helped me the most is when you did your check-in from your car in natural light. This showed the actual tone of the foundation, which by the way, appears very neutral. However, inside under the lighting, it appears to have a yellow undertone. I'm watching videos on this foundation trying to get an idea of a level/tone/color match. I have light to light-medium skin. Lately, the colors I've purchased online are way too light. Ghostly, pale. Would you say this shade color is light, light-medium, or medium? Thanks!
Aww thank you so much!! I definitely agree, you have to see what the shade is because it’s hard to tell are the drugstore. The shade is definitely medium. I personally also go a bit darkened because for a while I was having the same issues picking shades wayyyyy to light

Hi.. u tried sand I think.. it seems a nuetral medium colour , do u hve a yellow undertone seems so in the light but not in car ? Which shade wd u recomend for a person between nc 35 n nc 38 ❤️
I was surprised at toundation, went on smooth, non- dewy glo, but looked perfect and it lasted all day in Baltimore City horrible summer humidity!

It says it is suitable for sensitive skin, but what is the SPF type that is in it?! Is it chemical or mineral/physical?! A lot of people with sensitive skin, myself included, have issues with chemical sunscreens causing a lot of irritation and/or breakouts on the skin. I never bothered trying to maybelline one because of the fact that it was strictly a chemical based sunscreen foundation. The only one I've found, with an spf that high, that is actually suitable and good for sensitive skin is the it cosmetics cc cream because it is a mineral/physical based sunscreen cc cream. I was hoping they would come out with a really good dupe for that, soon, but I feel like maybelline really failed with their attempt! If this one by L'Oréal is a mineral/physical based sunscreen foundation, I think it would be worth a shot to try!
Thanks for the explanation because foundation I’ve used w SPF have broken me out and I don’t have sensitive skin. And I wondered why that happened. It’s good to know that they’re are different kinds of SPF in foundation. I can’t find the time of SPF this foundation has. Thanks again for the great info you provided 😊
MagdalineJanet with mineral sunscreens, it will typically only ever be Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide (that I've seen) or a combination of both for a purely mineral sunscreen. With chemical sunscreens there are quite a few. The main ones that I've seen being Avobenzone, Oxybenzone, Octisalate, Octocrylene, Homosalate, and Octinoxate. But sometimes you will find a Combination sunscreen that uses both mineral/physical AND chemical sunscreen filters. I can sometimes get away with using those if there is more of an even, or a more so greater ratio of the physical/mineral spf in them. I can't use strictly chemical sunscreens because they irritate my skin tremendously. Even those without sensitive skin can have a lot of sensitivity to chemical sunscreens because they can be quite harsh! That could actually be your issue because a lot of foundations that have spf in them will use chemical spf because it doesn't really leave a white cast like a physical/mineral SPF can, sometimes. I always opt for a physical/mineral or a combination sunscreen if the mineral to chemical spf ratio is pretty even (if that makes sense. LOL) you can look at the "active ingredients" on the back of any foundation or product in general that contains an SPF and it would show a list of the active SPF ingredients used and that can tell you if it is a chemical, mineral/physical, or combination sunscreen! 🙂

I just bought this at Walgreens clearance for $.1.29 😜 all the makeup is clearance big time. Run 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🤸🤸🤸 to get some makeup even foundations I spent $50 got a bag full

I don't think you should test foundations or makeup products that have ingredients that break will break you out/ cause allergic reactions.
It's not even worth it.
You never know how your body will react to such things.
I'm allergic to anything with SPF or sunscreen in it.
So, I avoid those things.
I can't even wear lip products that have SPF of any kind.
