The finals are still Daniel vs Johnny, in which Daniel wins, but Kreese doesn't choke out Johnny since he's not corrupt in this timeline. Johnny would still tell Daniel it was a good match and Daniel and the Cobra Kai gang would be on friendly terms. Daniel and Miyagi still go to Okinawa and the events of KK3 don't happen for the most part. Johnny would have his own Cobra Kai dojo since Terry and Kreese would be retired from teaching, and Daniel would also have Miyagi-Do and him and Johnny would have a friendly rivalry. Johnny's top student would be Robby and Daniel's would be Sam. This time it's Robby who fights Kyler and his gang since Johnny obviously doesn't want to fight kids since he's nicer in this timeline. Johnny still helps Miguel, and the events of Cobra Kai happen the same up till the All-Valley. The semis would be Miguel vs Sam and Robby vs Xander. Robby beats Xander, and Sam would wait out Miguel's offense and win the match. Robby beats Sam in the finals. This timeline is pretty friendly tbh. Miguel and Sam stay together, Tory joins Cobra Kai due to it's popularity and not because of the Valley-fest demo since Miyagi-Do already has popularity and gets with either Hawk or Robby. He may still join miyagi do but its at the same time as he did in canon.

You are assuming that the only reason she went over to Miguel was to apologize about the Medal of Honor in your what if. But this doesn't seem to make sense because she didn't do anything bad to Miguel in regards to the Medal of Honor apart from maybe having a bad opinion about which Miguel had no way of knowing about, I am of the opinion that she made that up on the spot because the real reason she went over there was because she still had feelings for Miguel and wanted to talk to him. You can even tell in the acting of Mary mouser that it was definately not the reason she went over there. this kind of implies that the school fight still happens and this drastically changes the timeline.
