For naturally curly hair id recommend a flat iron since this one doesnt last as long as the flat iron. Unless mag apply ka ng products :)

Based on experience it has to be at least 90% dry na, just not to risk burnung / damaging it.. wala kasi sa claim yung wet to dry siya hehe
