The little raccoon statues turn into slimes during the night, and there is more radiant ore in the other area that you can unlock by popping another different gordo 👍
I can agree, even though both areas kinda have the same amount of ore, but without the jetpack the other area is much more efficient.

The game actually does save items you launch before dying, even after loading screens. I did the same thing and was able to recover my inventory by launching it into a place I could get back to
Aiming at a wall to save items helps I've found so they on'r skip themselves far acros the map

fun fact: The Slimepedia says that the Slime Sea is dangerous to ranchers, but not the slimes. After sinking, slimes are said to reemerge at the shores. It also says that some slime scientists assume that the sea is a means of transportation for slimes!

Can’t wait for the full game. Looks like they’ll be adding many new plorts/slimes by the sheer magnitude of the stocks screen.
Or it could be for mods too
I mean, the last stocks screen also had unfilled slots, so I wouldn’t count on it.
Please. Please do not stop this series. Just the casual game play vibs is so nostalgic and I miss it. Listening to you whilst playing this cozy game is super nice. Keep the great work up!

i hate backseat gaming, but as a tip for largos i generally suggest only having 5-10 largos in one pen! they get out of hand so easily, it can be hard to keep track of 20 in the same pen, and especially if you have the favorite food of one of the slimes in the largo, just 5 largos will produce more plorts than you could even need-
just a tip, feel free to ignore it!!
30 largos for maximum plort efficiency
I only have the first game, but I also keep just 5-6 largos in a corral and I keep one garden per corral to make sure I have a steady supply of food. He's also not realizing that he's the one tanking his plort economy...
Eh as long as you have at least 6 and more than one kind I find you get rich really quick

You should look again for the ore you yeeted! 🥺 In other videos I've seen, the items have totally stayed spawned when sacrificing things for the inventory
afaik realistically you're supposed to replace power strips every year or two, because the load on them can cause some to deteriorate very quickly

a couple of things:
you can see the "dangers" (abilities) of the slimes in the slimepedia (like what the angler flash does).
the value of the plorts goes down the more you sell of them in a short duration (if you would go and sleep some nights, without selling some, the prize would go higher)
in the early access, pretty much the only requirement to go to every place in the game is the jetpack, so the fact that youre trying to get it is pretty good >:D

When you accidently throw a new slime into the ocean. That statue was one of the new slimes that turn to stone in the light. Wait until night or take it into a cave to turn it to normal

Plort prices will decrease the more you sell certain types of plorts so if you want the price to go back up then you gotta stop selling the plorts for a while or just suffer 😅

The max amount of slimes I put in my pens (When they're largos) are 10. 12 largos are okay too but they can still break out easily.

Great vid Therm, I heard thru the grapevine that you can increase a plorts value by hoarding them for a while. Then their value gradually goes up.
OHHH MYYYY GOOOOOODD I LOVE IT!!
You can get the map in the new area without the jetpack! I was able to get it by doing some parkour to climb the tree roots in front of it to get up to the ledge
Don't forget to pop some of the gordos still waiting in the starting area too :D When you unlock the next area, I recommend you carry a few henhens on you going in ;)

Dude that statue is a ringtail slime they turn to slimes during night and statues during the day they eat anything
My ideal set up with largos based on how cute the combos are covering all plorts, max output, and easiest favorite foods. This doesn’t double Ringtail or Flutter plorts which are admittedly very valuable, so it may be worth instead making largos of both with your favorite slimes. I recommend Cotton-Ringtails because they are very cute and Honey or Phosphor Flutters.
The rule to keep in mind is to always have a Batty, Honey, Rock, Phosphor, or a Cotton slime in any largo you create because they have the best favorite foods. I usually keep about four largos at most in one coral, five or MAYBE six is okay if you have the music box.
Lastly, don’t farm pink slimes. Theres basically no reason. If you need them, go get them from the wild areas. Theres dozens every day.

I’ve found that having around 5 largos and feeding them their favorite food provides a decent amount a plorts and only needs 1 garden per corral. Could probably slide with 1 garden to 2 corrals

the plort market works with the basis of the more often you sell a plort (ie the cotton plort) the less it will be worth. if you hold on to it the value of it will go up after a while

You’re so entertaining to watch! I found you recently and have been working my way through some of ur vids :)) this is a little random, but have you ever played Hades? It seems both like the other games you play in some ways, and a bit different in other ways. I feel like you could really enjoy it, if you ever check it out!

The First one is a great Game - addicting, engaging, great music and visuals. If you liked the Demo, I definitely think you should play it! It also shouldnt be too expensive on Sale.

radiant ore is a lot easier to find on Ember Island, and tarrs spawn ridiculously fast so I recommend getting the water cannon asap
