how if DNS on all active directory we uninstall/remove role? can client login only with DNS on server 3?

While Active Directory requires DNS it doesn’t require the role to be installed on a domain controller. The DNS role could be removed from the DCs via Server Manager or Powershell. However, running DNS on a domain controller is quite common and generally not an issue with regards to performance or security. On the contrary, integrating DNS and storing zone information in AD is very valuable and more secure. If you do install a stand-alone DNS server, it’s typically servicing your public facing users. However, what you are asking is technically possible and can function.
