I am STUCK! I followed the instructions BUT i keep getting an error message in my primary DNS server with an X next to my secondary zone transfer. I tried everything i can think of. Do you have a video on how you configured your static IP on your second DNS server and changed your default gateway address? I've tried doing the process with a private and an external switch and i keep getting the same erorr.
Great tutorial, but I have an issue with the name lookup, I have to use the FQDN but I want to use just the hostname without the DNS suffix. how can this be resolved?
