Jassi ji ! Sat sri Akal ! I have got ASUS PA 249Q purchased in 2015. it gives Pink colour MORE. There is a patch of Pink colour. Is there any hope of recovering it. Otherwise it is working fine. i never calibrated it . i can send you the video also.

I don't think you can fix a patch of one particular colour through color calibration. It might need repair

Not just the monitor. It is also important to calibrate your camera, scanner and printer to achieve consistency across the board. There are special calibration images and targets that allow you to do this. And if you have a "generic" Dell PnP monitor like you say, it's short of perfect. Use a monitor capable of displaying 100% sRGB as well as AdobeRGB. Eizo and Lacie and BenQ are good for this.
