Having been privileged enough to have had an hour or so play around with one of the beastly amps, i can say, hand on heart, it is by far one of the best amps i have ever played in my 25 years of guitar gear nerding :) Cleans = crystal clear and warm Crunch = from easy break up to good saturation Lead = well you just heard that played by Mr Merrow This thing has a Tube Screamer circuit built in and is usable on every channel, and is controlled by a foot switch. Sooo much versatility. £2600 with a cover and footswitch ($3700) Better get saving then :D

Damn, this amp sounds sick, and a sweet song too. Also it continues to blow my mind how completely flawless Jeff's playing is, even when it's totally isolated, where any mistakes would become most apparent. But there are just none to be found.

Hello Keith, is it possible to get the Alpha/Omega Set from Duncans Custom Shop on Request ? I know that they were a limited Edition, but i think that there is a market for it on the Custom Shop or even better, if they would be available regular. In combination with the Driftwood Amp, they sound amazing and i can imagine, they would sound awesome with an Mesa Mark V, too. Hope to hear from you.
The amp sounded fine, but I particularly liked the tune. I'd personally have liked to hear the amp with a V30 rather than a Creamback since it'd be a more "standard" point from which I could compare other metal tones.
