I love your attitude, I had a student recently who said she had quit sewing because her teacher in high school home ec made her cry. Life is too short. There is a place for perfection sure, but sometimes it's more important to get it done and enjoy the process.

Love your videos! Have been making some of your bags,got thirteen grandchildren and 7 of them girls ranging in age 4 to 25 and they spend bucks on rag bags and quilted bags. When I saw your videos I just knew I could sew them and I've made several with the pieces I had around and bought some off the wall fabric colors and my girls are crazy for the bags. Cheap to make, some of the girls have spent 30 and above for one bag. Anyway thank you for making me get busy with Xmas gifts and popular with the girls. Keep doing what your doing! Oh my good Lord! I had been trying to find a bag for so long that I had given up and decided to make one myself. However, I never could get it quite right. TILL NOW! Thank you sooooo much. I was making something simple so difficult and frustrating. And I love the fact that it can be made with just about anything you have handy, You truly are a bag-life saver :) Now I just have to decide how many to make!

Darlene, even if I didn't want to make the bag, it would be fun to watch your tutorial. Thanks for sharing your bright attitude with us. BTW, if you make a bag like this and forget the inside pocket, you can sew folded, sewn and top-stitched pockets on the outside and inside, sewing the three sides over each other, so the inside stitching won't show. That way, it would still have an inside and an outside pocket when it's reversed. I tried it when I forgot the pocket, and liked it so much, I did it on both "sides" of the bag.

I’ve had to change devices 2xs bc I killed the battery on them. Today is one of my bad days I’m unable physically to do much bc of pain n other medical conditions n you have been the best medicine ever had for pain n the down in the dumps. FDA needs to patent you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart n I truly mean that.
