Thanks for ur sharing prof! I started from listening to ur speech at TED about negative emotions, i have learned to recognize it and it has helped me manage my negative emotions better. Anxiety is one of the emotions that affect me as i noticed that i have stronger n more intense anxiousness compared to others under the same pressure, i also noticed that distraction is quite an effective tool, for instance when i am anxious, i will find some funny videos or someone to joke around with to distract myself and usually after a good laugh, i feel much more relieved. Phew! Thanks for ur great sharing and have a good break!! Looking forward to ur future podcast! 😊
當我對他人說出〔你今天好嗎?〕
我的內心其實是抱著祝福對方的心態,會開口提問,僅止於表示對他人的關心而已,提問中不帶懷疑跟情緒。但意外的會收到很多他人的傾訴。
我自己很喜歡聽到老師的問候語“你今天好嗎?”每次聽到都有一種被關心到的感覺,我在想或許是因為老師每一次都是打從心裡的在說出這句話,發自內心的想關心聽眾今天過得如何。發現老師不管是開場的問候,談論的主題,最後的結束,都能給予均等的注意力,不會因為只是個開場就草草帶過,或許因為如此,也就能夠感受到這句話傳遞的溫度。我自己其實不會感受到要變好的期待,反而是有一個機會讓自己停一下感受一下此刻或者今天自己過得如何。

周邊有不少謹慎的人,應該是擔憂專家,並且立即傳染給週遭人;要怎麼知道自己/ 幫助他人已經是過度擔憂呢?用認知來做標誌擔憂與恐懼,那是否也可能標誌擔憂程度,以及何種程度應該告訴自己要有一些核對,一些相對座標系統來微調?但是感覺很常擔憂的人總是無法放鬆,讓周遭人很困擾,尤其職場上的主管....。
