I finished Fourth Wing earlier this month and the book hangover I got afterward was intense. Still trying to get through that, but I loved Fourth Wing so so so much!!!
I absolutely loved Fourth Wing! It is a true favorite. I will be rereading right before the second book comes out, which I have already pre-ordered. ❤❤❤
Fourth Wing is one of those books that I couldn’t care less about any critiques people might have because I just love it so freaking much 😂 The dragons, the tension, the disability rep?! Yes freaking please! Also the fact that Rebecca Yarros is disabled and chronically ill with something very similar to Violet, making it own voices is just *chef’s kiss*. I could go on about the disability rep as well as how other characters interact with her is *spot on* but I don’t want to write a dissertation in the comments lmao
honestly same!!😭 i just had so much fun reading it i don’t care that it’s not “perfect”!! i actually didn’t know rebecca yarros was disabled and also chronically ill, but that just makes the inclusion of it even better! i feel like i never see disability rep in fantasy books so it was great to see how she included it! also always feel free to write a dissertation in the comments, i will absolutely read it haha!

They are so fun and interesting and I’m finding myself enjoying reading them so much! I just finished book 4 and am on to the next haha Excelsior! 😊

I gave both of them 4 stars, but I definitely liked Fourth wing more and I am very excited for the continuation. If you're looking for closed door historical romance, I recommend a duology by Sarah Adams- To Catch a Suitor is the second one but the one I read first because I didn't know it was a duology but it is so good and I was able to binge it in a day. The mmc started to get on my nerves after awhile but I still shipped their relationship so much. They are so adorable ❤
I knew that the dialogue was cringe. But I read Fourth Wing in a translated version and there were weird moments but in general it wasn't that bad. Now I finally know, what everyone means. Thank you translator, i guess

I knew that the dialogue was cringe. But I read Fourth Wing in a translated version and there were weird moments but in general it wasn't that bad. Now I finally know, what everyone means. Thank you translator, i guess
