Wow so well documented and so on point, it’s such an important video. Just the other day I had to endure 10 minutes of someone’s ridiculously misplaced notion on just how and why schools are so important, because it takes the load off the parents. I asked him if he or the school teaches his kids the value of critical thinking, emotional intelligence and fair mindedness, and his reply was: “why on earth would I teach my kids to think about criticising others?” I asked if the kids question everything, and he said: “one-off them does, and that’s why they go to school.” I wasn’t sure whether to laugh or cry at the same time. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Look, post-modernism is truly, deeply, and completely over. Do you realize just how old it is now? The only reason we're still talking about it is that nobody knows what the hell comes after it. Post-post-modernism? Sounds like a cereal. Modernism was a stupid name for a movement in the first place. Might as well have called it "Now-ism". Calling the next thing post-modernism is even stupider, and now we're stuck. Whatever comes next, we're in it now. In fact, we are probably already on to the thing after THAT.
