The hot springs are very well done, our experience was a bit of a downer, but we'll try again, luck of the draw.

All those beautiful shopping malls, wonderfull crowds, the food eateries and the hustle,n bustle.
Why would you contemplate something like this?? 🤔

We bought Halibut last week !
We paid over twenty dollars for two med sized portions,so can you imagine how much the fish you caught was worth . Wow
    And Sandy’s pretzels 👍🏻
To bad about Bishop Bay wether on land or sea there seems to be a big increase in disrespectful people in general.
I am familiar with Hartley Bay so it was nice to see .
Was there a specific reason you did not venture up the Douglas channel to Kitimat?
The marina used to be great when I lived there ....

The halibut was super exciting! it seems to go for $20-30 a pound, so figure it woulda cost roughly $350 or more for all that meat!
We debated debated going to Kitimat, and Gardner channel, but can't go everywhere, considering on the way back..... called the Kitimat Marina, they're very far from town, transport hard, and they were very busy.

hey sandy and josh, what is the length and model of your boat? Nice single handed camera work.

Hi, That boat is a 1986 Truant 37', Pilothouse model.

@@OurSailingAdventures I'd not heard of Truant before, but I compared her specs with the Crealock 37 and I was quite impressed. I think pilothouses are a better fit for the North Pacific. Thanks for sharing that and the video.

Yes cannot venture every place people suggest.
Sorry I never thought of the Marina being far from town. 🤔
