I traveled to Salsomaggiore Terme in Italy to visit the amazing Meo Fusciuni and film this in his atelier (The Temple)

It is so nice to witness Meo being enthused and passionate whilst sharing the background of his creations. Contagious in essence.
Totally agree Gerard; you can see how much meaning each of these fragrances have for Meo And let me say, that this isn’t just for the camera.
When we’re speaking causally etc, he shares his emotions relating to some of his earlier fragrance’s and I can see that he’s speaking from his heart; almost like reading a journal entry. This is what I was trying to capture in this episode, for him these are more than just “nice perfumes”, but a lived moment.

I've waited and listened to this amazing interview as I unboxed and tested Little Song, its now one of my favorite scents that I truly enjoy. Such a joy smelling Little Song while the story of its creation being narrated. My first bottle of Meo was Nota de Viaggio #2 which I bought in Rome back in 2014, that version was EDT, I now own my second bottle which became EDP and smells amazing too.
Little song and Narcotico sound to be the best. Can't wait to try them !!! ☺🤩☺

I love every single Meo Fusciuni video you put out Marcelo, its so amazing to hear you guys discuss every fragrance and its tough to see which one to start with. Considering where I am, I've got to blind buy these fragrances and its tough to choose which one to start off with! Cause they all sound amazing! Great stuff my friend :)

Even though I always push the “Don’t blind buy” agenda; I’m going to go off script for a moment.
Based on a lot of fragrance’s that you’ve shared that you love; I would say that Noturno and Sogni will work for you.
Noturno: the rum/pineapple opening is incredibly addictive and then the base of ambery woods (slight leather) will work. It’s not heavy, so will play well in the Singapore heat
Sogni: will be awesome for an evening (not heat of the Singapore day). Starts off a bit rice/nutty character but on the dry down it’s this incredible sandalwood/tatami/cedar combination that is pure magic
The other 2 (in my opinion) won’t work as well in that Singapore weather (well at least I wouldn’t use them).
Next time you’re in Melbourne, will make sure to bring my bottles and you can spray and test😎
@@TheNicheFragranceCollector Marcelo!! Ooh okay! I was looking at L'Oblio for a long time too actually! Luce initially interested me the most but I realized I think I've got a lottt of fragrances that would smell similar to Luce and if anything I would wanna try something different.
And yes Sogni sounds super good as well, definitely something that is abit out of my usual wheelhouse. Thank you for your recommendations! I really appreciate it so much! But yes, I would love to experience these fragrances alongside you! You're so kind to wanna let me have a spray-and-test experience with your perfumes! I love always discovering like a hidden gem or like a fragrance which I wouldnt expect to enjoy just by seeing the notes itself but by how it's blended and how it dries down and all as well!🤩

These are incredibly complex beautiful fragrances…. i’m not sure of any place in Melbourne that stocks them so that you can test first. But I do know that you can buy online from fragrance artisans here in Australia.

Narcotico was the first real niche perfume I bought many years ago. I sold it but now I find myself missing it and will have to buy another bottle soon
I'm from switzerland so actually not too far away to try Sogni and I'll visit Japan next year, so would probably be perfect for it 🔴🔴

- Little Song, will be instant love and then you’ll go “oh wow” this has more layers😮
- Narcotico will take a bit more time….but this is pure love, so deep, so beautiful and so many layers

Thank you for this video. Is this possible to purchase small (travel) size perfumes from Meo Fusciuni? I saw them in stories, but probably this is only promotional.
Good question; but not sure. I know that he had a really cool sample set with his whole collection, but don’t know if he still produces these?

The essence of the fragrance may undoubtedly be exemplary, yet what is the merit in advertising it if one cannot attend to the most rudimentary of requests, such as responding to emails or providing guidance on how to procure samples?
One may confidently tout the excellence of their product, but if their customer service is deficient, it serves as a blemish upon the whole enterprise.
Great to hear from you @mazmaz7459 and for sharing your thoughts here. I do know that Meo has a really small team and I’m guessing that this is the cause for the delay. I do remember that he was very busy at Esxence and hopefully he has been able to secure some additional retailers across the world to assist with the distribution of his fragrance’s.
Out of interest are you in the US? I’m planning to reach out to Meo and can see if I can establish where his fragrance’s are found so I can share here with you and will also make it a point to put it in the comments.
