So happy to see you folks enjoying our WV beauty instead of complaining about unlevel camping sites! Living here we are used to mountain terrain, and know that rustic camping comes with the beauty! We have seen the view from the Hawk's Nest overlook many times, but the drone footage was a real treat! It rained on you, but still you appreciated the beauty. Thanks so much for being so positive! There are also many resort state parks like our favorite, Pipestem. You may want to see the glamping side WV as well. We are going to Pipestem in the fall, which is our favorite time of the year for camping. Now that we are retired, we have our retirement camper and are getting ready to begin our new adventures. Thanks for being such an inspiration!

That's Fancy Camping compared to how I Camp...I camp where there is No electricity, running water or even a water pump...no showers, no laundry facility..Only Luxury is old fashioned Outhouses LoL..Thanks for sharing the beautiful scenery ,I was there in 1979..The New River Gorge Bridge was still a New thing and Huge Attraction.

Gorgeous area! Loved your video. I hear ya about those mountain roads all gravelly, rocky ,narrow w/ STEEP inclines and pot holes! I usually forget to take some of the air out of my tires. And I have smoked my engine twice. LOL...And wrong turns can be a beautiful thing. I specialize in that.
W.Georgia is a beautiful state 🌲 but stay off rt.# 250 talk about narrow winding road sometimes not wide enough...I love your videos of camping so much that my daughter has been going by herself since our camping season started in April and I've stayed home but watching You and Tallmadge camping I'm finally going with her for the weekend 🌳 have fun and "safe travels"

This will protect critical circuits when the CG loses power and then comes back on. It's not the power loss that hurts a/vs and fridges, but it's that surge when the power comes back on. May God keep you in his hand.

You were close to the newest national park which is New River Gorge National Park. We live in the southeast area of WV. Really enjoyed all of drone footage!

Glad to see you guys enjoyed my hometown area.... I camped at this location a couple of times.... (hard to get a big rig in those sites, but I've done it).... You cant beat the Gauley/Kanawha/New River river area. Man Id like to have seen you guys pulling and RV down Route 60/61....
It's a beautiful place you are lucky to have this location in your backyard. We thought it would be tight for a big rig but I guess they would just need to know how to bring it in . I would say they would need to be experienced.

Thats so wierd Talmadge and Ashanti because our power went out yesterday at the campground we r at and it really wasnt a strong storm at all (barely rained and no wind) but a tree had fallen up by the cabins and took a powerline out. Luckily it was only in the mid 80s and not in the 100s like last week but still it was hot and we couldnt rest. The water was out as well. Finally got power restored at 1am and water sometime after. Got it cooled down enough to sleep thankfully. We got that full camping experience this trip and thankfully noone and no property was damaged besides that powerline. I hope you both are having good luck with your rv search and are still getting out and enjoying life's adventures!! Break that tent back out and keep the good times rollin!!
