🙏 good evening , many thanks for this episode about polarity @ PEMF. One of my (diy) controls now has a relay that switches the polarity each two or three minutes, so that I can stay on my mat, not having to turn the whole mat over 😁. I was following mr. Bryant Meyers, who, somewhere along the way, spoke about a (circadian?) effect where the body might get used to “one way current-traffic”. Which makes some sense although maybe less important.. Using different frequencies is advisable when PEMF is in use for, shall we say, different issues, one better for bones, the other might be better for muscle…. Which is why I set my device for frequecies for the purpose and still have the relay that switches polarity. I could take that relay out or even simply make it switchable… Many thanks again!!!
