Cheers mate, I tried aha just need to get a better phone tripod for some better footage next time! And thank you for running an awesome event, honestly was great, good vibes, well run, good prizes man! 💪
Ehhh, im not a huge fan of this format or any of the other formats I've seen for tournaments so far. We're in what is argueably the best beyblade meta we've ever seen with tons of great beys and parts. So I really dont understand why everyone is so quick to ban everything. For blades, you've got phoenix wing, cobalt dragoon, cobalt drake, wis tiger, whale wave, areo Pegasus, silver wolf, wizard rod, knight mail, etc. There are around 15-20 competitive options. You also have a great selection of bits with hexa, ball, fb, rush, accel, glide, orb, cyclone, gear flat, low needle, etc. The weakest area by far is the rachets. Anything above 60 puts you at a disadvantage. Even then, the options are limited cause the contact points on 2 and 4 burst easily. Great video, though
Yeahh, I personally prefer standard format BUT you do end up seeing the same deck everytime at competition, wizard rod 960 ball, silver wolf 3-60 FB, Cobalt Dragoon 1-60 Elevate OR Pheonix Wing 1-60 Rush. So tournaments like this are quite refreshing every now and then! Thanks for watching 😀
@BeyMacX I think you could solve that issue by implementing draft round bans like a lot of mobas do. For example: bring 5 beys with no repeating parts. At the start of the match, your opponent picks two you can't use. That would force people to come up with better combos and end the wizard rod/phoenix wing combo. The only issue is it might be difficult to get 5 non-repeating parts
What deck combinations would you guys have gone for??
I feel like you would’ve had better luck with a free ball bit instead of hexa.
Congrats on the Rhino Horn. That was a great tournament. Nice camera work too
Cheers bud 😀
