You have to be on the FD. Also if you were, Either the vehicle glitched out, or you may have grabbed the wrong hose. There are two types, one is for refilling the truck, which connects to the larger port, and you have the smaller port for the other hose. The pumper truck will also be in this same manner. However you can only use the hose from that truck, for that truck, or it will tend to glitch. So it is best that only the driver can be able to use the main refill line to hook to the truck. And for other players, it is best they use the fire lines from the one truck, on that same truck, and not mix them. And you can not hook up the main refill line to the truck of another player or it tends to glitch. Maybe they will have this sorted since a new map is in the works for this game. Also if you click on that "show more", the link for the entire playlist of this will be seen. Because I do have a vid in that list that has the pumper truck.
@@BATTLECATT00 Ah, thank you I'll check that out. Yeah hopefully they'll fix the bugs in this game. The simplist one is the bug in which the Player can no longer interact with their doors. I mean, that's an amateur move right there ha ha. Other than that I've been enjoying the game.
@@reverenddickie8116 They had been updating it every month and keeping us noticed. The door bug thing is annoying. I did notice once we been able to custom the vehicles the door thing and some other related bugs picked up last year. That is why I always suggest, let the engineer attach his own refill line and remove it. And only from his truck for his truck. And other fire players who use fire lines and equipment from other players trucks, use that line on the truck they took it off, and return fire lines and equipment back to that truck they took it from. I notice this helped a lot with game play bugs in many ways. I myself have hosted a server that actually lasted more than and hour with out a restart. But sooner or latter your gonna get that 1 bug too many and have to do a server restart. Also if the vehicle bugs, and a restart does not clear it, you can check into the steam game forums for this game. There should be a pinned thread in regrades on how to delete the vehicle so you can redo it again. I myself had set up everything in SP mode so when I do MP mode, my stuff is already done. I have not ran into much issues since I did this, except the annoying door thing once in a while. But a restart always clear this. So I only did a vehicle delete once, and have not done so since I set my vehicles in SP mode. I am thinking when your customizing the vehicle when everyone else does in MP mode, there maybe a cross over that render's the vehicle useless. Since I already did it in SP mode, All I do is go in MP mode and play, and this thought maybe why I run into the typical bugs, and have not had it become useless, forcing a vehicle delete. It's just a thought.
The same key used for the car spot light I believe. You have to park the truck out side, and look at the key list and try out each one that is related to the lights. I am sorry I can not explain more than that, because my key layout is all re-assigned. So my spot light and truck emergency lights are turned on by the buttons on my car G29 controller that I got for ATS. So I am sorry I can not be too clear here on that. But I can tell you that the water truck and ladder both use scene functions, but the ladder truck uses more. You have spots for the Right and Left as well as rear and front. Which being the front is mounted on the ladder. The keys for the turn signal should extend or retract the ladder. I re-assigned my my turn signals to the paddle levels on the car controller and notice that using this same thing makes the ladder extend and retract.
This really helped me. I just got the game
How do the pump trucks work? I've tried running either of the hoses to the Ladder Truck, but neither connected.

How do turn on the scene lights?
