10/10 videos, but I’m curious for power exercises in each progression, how does the load/intensity differ from mesocycle to mesocycle.
Using the intensification progression with squat jumps for example will the load in one mesocycle be 50-45kg, then the next mesocycle would it be 52.5-47.5kg, or is load maintained?

I would usually decrease load from meso-to-meso. This is to allow faster movement velocities with lighter loads 👍

@@FlowHighPerformance1 is there a way to track power progression without a VBT?

Great amount of info! What kind of elements and Exercise selection is best for racquet sports such as badminton? And how do we structure this for racquet sports

      I'd focus on training:
      -Change of direction
      -Plyometrics
      -Loaded power
      -Max & General Strength
      -Badminton-specific endurance

Thanks for this. Question…Can one go straight to the Realisation phase without doing the other 2? My son wants to prepare for a 6 game basketball tournament in 4 weeks. If not is there anything you recommend especially for endurance. Thanks in advance.

You can, but you will have a slightly higher risk of injury. For basketball-specific endurance, your best option is to play as many basketball games as possible before the tournament 👍
