Hi men which one should be my hardware setup if i have a tank of acid and a tank of chlorine instead of the salt system? Thanks for your videos there are very helpful
Will going into auto setup after the system has been set change any settings automatically? I would like to review what the pool service set things at - but don’t want to mess anything up. Also, I have two tanks. 1 acid and 1 chlorine. Is this the ‘lpump and rpump setting into auto setup? (I don’t have IntelliChlor - I have a UV Bioshield light to help with sanitizarion).
My ph reading is off. I replaced the probe. Then I replaced the probe cable a few weeks ago - it worked for a few weeks then went bad again. Orp is good. Any suggestions?
I would like to run my VS pentair pump 24hrs a day as you recommend in setup, but if I go less than 1300 RPM or so I get a low flow error on my salt cell. And 1300RPM is still a significant amount of electricity. How low do you run your pump speed for 24/7 operation? Second question: it was unclear about how you setup ORP setpoint at hte first time. are you saying that the pool needs to be at the correct chlorine level and everything balanced correctly when this is set? Is the ORP a relative measurement then? My pool guy doesn't seem to know what this means - we had free chlorine level of 1 measured but the ORP said it was fine.
I had same issue as the flow is to low thru the flow sensor. 2 options, 1 is to increase the pressure differential of the in/out. example would be placing the return after the spa heater so there is more of a pressure diff betwen the in/out. Option 2 is to increase the radius of the flow sensor so it floats with less pressure. Do this by wraping electral tape around the sensor but not too much to block the free movement of the sensor.
I have a pool with the ORP..30 gal chlorine tank...Stenner pump...a 30 gal acid tank with a Stenner pump...there is also an Intellichlor 60 swg...that I do not want to use yet...can I go into settings and turn this off until ready to use it...or do I just select Relay 1 and 2 only?
You can turn it off in the settings, but you will need to reset the Intellichem thru the Wizard. When you are ready to use the IC60, you will need to reset it again and setup again. There seems to be a bug in the process that doesn't allow you to dynamically switch between liquid chlorine and salt system

Hi Craig! You wouldn't happen to visit Naples Florida by any chance.
I have a Pentair system that is simply baffling me!
New pool and new system
