I've always wondered whether the belt was too loose or tight, so the height check tip was really useful!

What do I do when my belt constantly bunches up on the back left side? The belt shifts to the left even when I'm not on it. It gets caught in the feed at the bottom, which causes friction and wear to the left side of the belt.
I've only had it 2 days and I already tried the adjustment tips in this video. Customer support has not gotten back to me.
