Holy crap, thats my grandpa! I haven't seen him in years, he went for a ride and kept going i guess. Here back home we call him silly Bill. I used to sit on his lap in his ford and we would go down the road to the piggly wiggly for a candy bar. I dont remember which one but it was only 48 cents back then. I miss those days, ill be 67 this year and man do i miss my youth. My grandma used to tell me to stop and smell the roses but i never listened. That's pretty awesome. Some might call it a hazard, And some might call it ugly. But before you judge it take a close look at that bike look at all the different things on it. That bike tells a story not only of its owner but the many miles in sites they have seen together. I had a friend back in the 80s that had a bike like this he had little trinkets from all the different states and sites that he stopped to see. And even total strangers would give him items to hang on his bike. He was able to tell people just about every item on that bike and where it came from and the meaning behind it so next time you see an old biker on a bike like this don't be afraid to go up and ask him about the story behind it he'll be glad to tell you and you might even learn a thing or two. Be safe out there riding and God bless you all.
