Are you tempted by Humankind? Have you even had a chance to play it? In my opinion this is a great first game if you're new to the 4x genre which is notorious for it's learning curve.
Thank you for your kind words, that means a lot! Especially on this video as it hasn't received many views but I worked very hard on it haha I hope you found it useful!
Thank you, you've made my day much better! I don't deserve the number of subscribers I have but a million would be nice, maybe one day haha I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
It's been a while since I saw this in school as a kid, and I definitely wasn't the best at maths, but the number of combinations most certainly isn't 10^6 :) Obviously it's been a while for me as well, but going on what I remember: if you have a bowl of 60 balls, and you have to take 6 balls out of it (and we consider all of them to be unique, and the order doesn't matter), then I THINK you'd have (60!) / ((60-6)! 6!), which is 50063860 different combinations (50+ million). However, if we say that the order DOES matter (e.g. taking Ming as your second culture and Edo Japan as your third is not the same as taking Edo Japan as your second and Ming as your third), the number goes up QUITE a bit. That would be, I believe, = 60! / (60-6)! instead. In other words it's ezpz, just 60x59x58x57x56x55. That's 36045979200 different combinations. So 36+ billion different combinations. This is either terrible math and wrong, or correct but very boring. Either way, there you go!
I really enjoyed this game, downloaded it recently I love it, I only wish they gave you more diplomatic choices regarding these borders like trading territories (Luisiana purchases) and funding foreign endeavors (proxying) Edit: also I wanted to note that the borders seem lazy in this game the are often the harder coast to coast of a squiggly line and the only true variation seems to often come from the coastal tiles impeding on the borders
@almightyswizz It's been a little while since I played this game, I've heard it's changed a lot so should try again but it's a shame to hear there still aren't many diplomatic choices for trading territories, I thought they would have expanded that by now!
Thanks Jason I'm glad it helped, it's one of those games that needs a bit more work but I think it's gonna be awesome after a few more updates, good to pick up in the sale!
I'm glad you mentioned the Rise of Nations soundtrack, it's one I listen to often. They have a track on there called "The Russian" which is great to listen to while launching nukes! Thank you for the sub my friend, I hope you enjoy the upcoming content!
@@twiglets2 I know! Russian is awesome, but I think my favorite is High Strung. And of course. Your content is very well made! I’m surprised you don’t have more subscribers.
@@noahj008 Another great track - and thank you! I hope you enjoy the future vids too. The sub count is ticking up slowly over time but I'm honestly just in it for the fun, we shall see!
I didn't want to spend too long saying how awesome the soundtrack was, in case people thought that meant the rest of the game was bad, but honestly it's both a great game and amazing soundtrack, I hope you enjoy.

@victorperez2939 Thank you!
Culture swapping for every era made me think of that "Today I feel..." FIFA guy
Rise of Nations has my favorite soundtrack. Great stuff there.

A game similar to civilization VI with a soundtrack that looks awesome? Sounds fun! I'll surely give it a try
