Totally agree, unfortunately there are lakes that prohibit leadcore leaders,and no braid hook links. So I change to a mono loop short leader and a mono hook link out side the bag and hook into side or end of bag and attach pva nugget.Have you ever tried this method. Best bags by a mile.
Hello I’m new in carp fishing what rods are ok for pva bags because my rods are 2.75 lb . Are they ok ? And what distance you can get with pva bags and my kind of rod thank you in advance
you can get further with a pva than just a lead if needed, depending on how you fish. if you put your lead and hooklink in the bag make it like a bullet take all the air out, it will go further than just a lead 100%
Hi Jesper, we have asked him for you and his response was that he used the older Curve shanks out of habit, and when the Cryogens were released the Grippers were released first with a short wait until the Curves were available. This meant he tried the Grippers and ended up carrying on using them even when the Cryogen curves were released. Thanks.
