Carbona (usually found either near the color dye or near stain removers) also makes amazing stain-specific removers, including one for red wine. It's saved sofas, carpets, and table linens many times over the years when I've entertained!!!
Ok so I'm going to share how my family makes our stuffing, it's super simple and super tasty. I don't know anyone else who makes it like this so PLEASE let me know if you do lol. 1. Bake CORNBREAD. Jiffy brand, follow the instructions and make as much as you want, the more the better. 2. Break up the cornbread as much as you personally like, it all depends on how chunky or small you want your pieces to be. Then your going to take some of your Turkey drippings (approximately half)and mix it in very well. 3. Like she said stock up on Turkey broth. This is what your going to use to make it stick together (we also use this to help the rest of the drippings stretch for gravy, just add some corn starch to thicken it). Add enough broth that it'll stick together. 4. Veggies!!! We need that flavor. Now if you don't mind the texture then chop up celery and onions as fine as you want and as much as you want. If you don't like the texture or you have picky eaters then here's my favorite trick. Use a cheese grater and grate the celery as small as possible, buy dried onion flakes and boil both in some Turkey broth until soft. They won't even know they're there. If you're like me and you DONT like the texture and you dont have the TIME then use my extreme cheat (which incidentally helps you get the exact flavor amount you want)... celery powder and onion powder! Just add and mix and taste until you're satisfied. 5. Salt & pepper as you like or not at all 6. BAKE. When the top gets crispy, take it out, mix and bake some more until it's how YOU like it. We usually only rebake once, the softness is great too and it tastes just as good 😁 You come up with the amounts that work best for you and your taste. As long as your watching for the right texture then you can't go wrong 😉
Hello Rachel Ray! My name is Joshua Berberich, I was on your show in 2011 and I was here when Mr. contractor created your garden, I hope your remember me!
Incredible video. You never see these posted. No one is perfect in the kitchen, unless you are Rachel Ray(Love you). This happens to all of us, thank you guys for the helpful idea. And we can all agree Rachel Ray is the sexiest woman in the world.:)
I know I've seen the guy with the mustache on the kitchen show but isn't he the sandwich man (not sure of the name of his his show) hum, aside from that it's good to know that yes you can save some meals that didn't come out well thank you for sharing this video with us.
the best way to season your turkey is to add beer and your favorite seasoning (salt, onion, garlic, etc) and let it stay for 3 days in the freezer. Do with regular beer not the seasoned, mixed beer.
I prefer 'home style' mashed potatoes with lumps. I even leave the skins on. Mash 'em up with butter, salt, pepper, rosemary (sometimes thyme), and sour cream. Sometimes I'll boil them in chicken stock or broth instead of water. They're amazing with any fowl and gravy or even as a stand alone snack. And that's how I made them for my aunt. She was furious with me. She had asked people to bring a dish and asked me to do the mashed potatoes. When she saw them she flew into a rage and called me a 'lazy cook'. Refused to even try them. After she spent 20 minutes picking out the skins and whipping them to 'make them edible' she threw them in the garbage and told me that I ruined Thanksgiving. *sigh* The thing is, she'd never heard of anyone making them this way so she thought that I'd just taken the easy way out. It was a recipe that I got from a good friend and I fell in love with it right away. Everybody's got their own idea of what food is supposed to be and you can't make everyone happy.
I don’t know how anybody can stand being a guest on her show! She constantly interrupts when they’re trying to speak, and they gave really good tips, but if you’re not gonna let anyone speak why do you have guest on the show?
Sorry Rachel, but Turkey CAN be a "bit pink" and your guests WILL survive! I guess you've never heard of "undering" have you? And WHY put underdone turkey in a pan of stock, when all you have to do, is put it BACK in the oven?
Get ya turkey at Katz deli or a whole bird at Boston market and corn bread or ya biscuits at Popeyes and ya gravy at kfc to dip a turkey sandwich always needs Munster Chesse and well done bacon and sliced hass avacodo is the greatest and ocean spray canned cranberries and and brown sugar or maple syrup starwberry preferably mixed in with sliced strawberries and rassberries real or frozen and mix in sum raspberry vinegar to make a cranberry sauce and for the adults you can throw in a shot of white Bacardi rum or raspberry or strawberry vodka stolis or absolute Smirnoff or georgi if you a cheap bum for the hardcore alkys
JEFF MAURO COULD GET IT ANY GIVEN DAY. He’s rockin
I LOOOOOVE Carla Hall!
Brining a turkey and a digital thermometer are my best friends. Turkey comes out perfect every single time.
Brining a turkey is a complete waste of EVERYTHING.
Great tips! You should post longer videos like this more often.
Love watching the Kitchen!!! Great recipes shared on their channel and Rachel's of course 😀 👍

What I do to keep myself from having dry turkey is spread the same butter mixture I use for the top of the skin, underneath the skin.

That's just Southern dressing. Everyone down here makes it that way.

I love roast turkey and make it several times a year. So this is helpful. Apparently, I am grossly undersalting it.

For the stains just use oxy clean.
Rachael, honey, that is buttermilk that's leftover, not whey. Whey is what's left over after cheese is made.

Pepper Conchobhar Your aunt REALLY needs to expand her horizons. I would've cussed her out and left...AFTER I fixed a to go plate.

She is always talking over her guest as if she wants to reflect that she knows more than that person.
She needs the attention
Loud mouth!
Whenever that lady with the crazy hair says "the thing is"'take a shot
Key?
I feel like turkey is just a drier meat in general compared to beef
I don’t know why but I get Freddy Mercury vibes off the mash dude

She's craving attention

Nothing wrong with lumpy mashed potatoes people lol
IT'LL BE NAH- STEE

Why is Rachael keeps talking over them, let them finish talking
Sorry, but once your turkey is DRY, it will just stay that way-there's no "reviving" it, like you would do with a dry cinnamon roll.
Loud...
Very very loud. 🗣
All the chiefs are drunk😂😂😂😂😂😂
wtf that weirdo eating pie off the FLOOR
guess he is too hungry and fall his dignity to floor/
He looks awful with that mustache
