Weights done by Tiger, Tires, cylinder done by Vidyut. Vidyut is a Kalaripayattu champion and practitioner. Kalaripayattu is the mother of all martial arts, the whole 36 chapters of Shaolin is just based on 3 chapters of Kalaripayattu. Kalaripayattu is of 7 chapters in total. Bodhidharma a Indian monk took his lessons to Tibet and created first Shaolin temple in China was by his disciples.
The benefit of wrist training is what you saw in the last video clip. Bench pressing or shoulder presses won't help you fight. The martial art kalaripattayu practiced by Vidyut focuses both on bone density and muscles and majorly on spine.

Please give right info. The tare weight of lpg cylinders is around 15 kg and not 34 kg. But to be able to do that even with 15 kg is pretty awesome.
