Day 8 | Camino Portuguese | Tui to O Porriño | March 25, 2024

We left Tui on day 8 on the Camino Portuguese accompanied by chilly temps and a drizzle of rain. The weather that was predicted is now here.
We met some wonderful people along today's journey. For the most part, today was a pleasant walk and the complementario route was definitely worth taking! We also took the River Path into O Porriño which was lovely. Highly recommended!
Today's trek was 11.18 miles (17.99 km) and was completed in 6 hours 30 minutes.
Tonight, we stayed in a mixed dorm room at Camino Santiago Porriño Hostel. We were happy that we both got bottom bunks!

I like to follow you on the Camino Portugues. I've done the same route with Variante Espiritual in May 23. In three weeks I start the Camino Primitivo.
