I used a very old windows program that's designed to listen to the audio files in games. To "extract" them I didn't really extract them. I simply used a recorded on my computer, recording the desktop with sound and then clipping the audio from said video. It took me a few hours to do all that, mostly because finding a program that worked was a hassle.
