You missed one thing that is very much realted to swedish christmas celebration. That is the swedish gluewine called glögg. You can only get it around christmas. There are alcoholic and a non alcohilc version of it. They taste both nice. You heat it up serv it with raisins and almonds. It´s reeally nice. Anothere thing you should have tasted was mead. Mead is wine made of honey. It has a sweet taste
