This mode had made me realise Lucio mains are actually just a hive mind that love to gang up on you at all times.

I did get the titles but grinder the skin took me around the same time I’m not a fan of the mode

lucio and rein especially imo are insanely easy to do
the kther heros are way harder, at least fot me
@@drumna it took me 2 hours for everyone and 3 hours only for ramattra and widow. But time the easiest are pharaoh and Jack, but imo if you're good at playing the game its rein and lucio

I had a game on Petra with JQ where I got four kills and 17 assists bc there were FIVE lucios teaming up
Yeah I was so confused when Flats said "The hardest one" and then proceeded to get a quad kill. Like bud... Ramattra's ult is countered by EVERY other hero in the mode and he doesn't have a way to boop people off the ledge or instakill.
As someone who mains Ramattra and wants the Poseidon title, yes, it is nothing but pain. You’re never going to win a 1v1 against a JQ and considering a lot of people pick her in this mode, it’s literal hell trying to even kill anyone.
Ramattra took me 3 hours. Easily the hardest title out of all the titles since I went ahead and got all of them. His ult counters lucio but god the cooldown for the vortex basically makes him only get 1 kill per ult since youd die by the next cooldown
You know, when I was grinding for titles, I watched the lucios jump around and steal kills, get boops, and be a nuisance, and was just jealous of how much fun they must be having.
Cool concept for an event, but it does feel miserable to play some characters. The only ones that are consistently fun to play are Lucio and Pharah. The rest are map dependent or dependent on what everyone else is playing

I don't see how Pharah is fun. She's so boring imo. Just flying around and shooting in the general direction of opponents. There's nothing satisfying about her. I personally like Lucio, Widow and Rein. Lucio because of movement and being a bully. Widow because headshots will never not be satisfying and you get given free headshots with ult. Rein because charge is satisfying, especially with ult.
@@Eo-ms3kw charge is NOT a fun mechanic. When you charge a rein-sized hallways, you would expect to get a pin. But all the enemies bounce right off you. They shouldn't have built a character off of this buggy mess of a mechanic
Flats does this as a job. Idk how anybody would do this for fun.
As someone who suffered for widows title, I feel you flats
People know to look away when a widow ults now, making it both harder to crit but also impossible to consistently freeze people.
Yeah, every time a widow would alt, I’d just look at the ground and rush em. Nothing they can do about it, it’s kinda sad.
Yeah I was lucky I decided to grind widow on the 2nd day of the event. You get free picks from lucios and pharas and surprisingly many ppl didn't understand how freeze works lol. A lot POTG where I have 4 roadhogs lined up just getting blasted, moving for 0.5 seconds just to get turned to stone :DDD
Whenever a widow ulted I would just spam my camera around as I charged at them and it just totally nullified the whole thing and I felt a little bad
I did all 7/7, playing nothing in my free time but OW2 to do so. Started with Rein as my main, ended with JQ as my new favorite (she actually feels so fun to play and I love the cleave change). All I can say is, this event was unneeded suffering. 100 kills for titles, 300 for the skins, and it wouldve felt worth it to me. Just my two cents though.
Edit: Also, Rein was by *far* the easiest one. JQ and Pharah tied for close seconds. Roadhog was third, just because you **WILL** get targeted to hell and back. Lucio next, because you can just survive and punish and harass and its pain. Ram next, I actually enjoy playing Ram...not in this mode. And finally, Widow. God that sucked.
I think you mean Roadhog is 4th. Cause JQ and Pharah being tied for 2nd still take up both 2nd & 3rd
I think even 150 for titles would’ve been fine, and yeah, it would be cool if you could get the skins from the challenges too
Why
I was gonna do all of them but gave up after getting widow’s it was 3hours on nonstop getting killed. Ended up with a 84%win rate and got a lot of practice tho
I got all 7 in this order.
JQ < Widow < Ram < Rein < Hog < Phara < Lucio
I did JQ first cause of the title (GOW reference); after that, it was a matter of preference. Widow on the Rome map is cracked; it was the only map I used her on. Ram is evil until his ult, then you become a beast. Rein was a pain; I only played him on the french map and sometimes Petra. Hog was difficult initially, but like every other hero (except Lucio), I eventually got into a rhythm and started winning nearly all my games. Phrara was no fun; I hate her in QP and here. Lucio is one of my worst heroes in the game; I was constantly having my kills stolen and had the most challenging time ever. Every hero before Phara I eventually got the grove of, but Lucio specifically was causing me to lose hair.
Playing through these was a lot of fun. Mr Mayo made it even better! We ended up playing one more afterwards but it wasn't the same without Flats :(
The farthest i was willing to go for this mode was all the voice lines, I'm nowhere near insane enough to try for any of the titles
As a Lucio Main I only got Lucios- which wasnt hard. The others, No 💀 I can do without them
I only got the Zeus, minotaur, and cyclops voicelines to get the mercy skin and I'm done. This gamemode was the least fun gamemode I've ever played and the only enjoyable character for me was Zeus.
I got all of the title....took me three hours for all except widow, hers took five hours 😅

I got the Widow title on the first day and the journey made me wonder what kind of drugs the team had to take to create this mode.
i don't have an issue with the mode, but the requirements for the titles... is just insanity.
maybe if i'd started the challenges day one, i would have maybe made some effort for the title cards... but i got such a late start i'm amazed i got widow's and pharah's. i just don't wanna bother with the others.

Everyone I talk to seems to say that Widow is broken, but she is like the worst character in the game mode by far. Unless you're already a god sniper, you have the worst HP, worst mobility, and an ult that has universal counterplay (Flick away, flick back, shoot, flick away)
This mode was fun but god it was frustrating at times!

As someone who got all the titles, if you’re still struggling, then when you find a good lobby where you have a strong lead, you can end yourself to lower your score because that doesn’t take away the kills according to the achievement, so you can grind kills without having to waste time queuing for the next lobby. It’s small, but it adds up
I think doing this game mode for the mercy skin has actually traumatized me, i cried so many times from frustration and over exhaustion and ended up having to make friends in lobbies to farm kills because i went on a 6 hour spree trying to complete the quests because i knew if i stopped i wouldn’t ever go back to it and now that i’m done with it i thought watching someone else playing it would be fine but it’s actually making me anxious 🤠
Huh? The skin is so easy to get tho. There's 3 quests that aren't even connected to heroes and then you just have to get 3 of the 25 ult kill challenges. How does that take 6 hours?
Considering we had an on screen timer, this challenge seems super doable with any character if Flats can do it with Rein in about 2 hours

It’s a fun and unique game mode, but it’s frustrating when playing as Reinhardt, especially when most of your opponents are Lucio’s and Pharah’s. Not to mention most of the characters in this mode have or were given abilities to give them an advantage. They didn’t give Reinhardt anything useful aside from the charge, but not only is it locked behind his ult, but it’s both buggy and can easily be countered.

The glitch at 5:08 and 6:40 happened to me constantly during this event and it was ALWAYS a Roadhog.
Also my most fun games in this mode were when everyone played a tank, when Pharah and Lucio are being annoying little insects it made the whole match infuriating as Rein.
I don't think it's a glitch, it looks like he just released too early and hogs hitbox hit the walls behind him and pushed him forward. I'm speaking only for the first incident by the way. The second one definitely is. 😅

Getting Pride of Poseidon was infuriating in this mode. When I was done with Ramattra I went for Pharah's title (literally only because it's an easy one) and at one point I found a player trying to get Master of Minotaurs, any time I came across them I let them kill me. Rein and Ram were easily the most difficult heroes to get kills with in that mode.

I do like that after his ult Reins pin becomes an instant kill. Even for an ulted roadhog.
The problem is its so hard to fucking land it at times, especially if you're looking to charge multiple people at once

This video fully encapsulates the frustration i had with completing reins achievement. Getting killed easily by every other hero, charges that either boop people away or doesn't send them flying forward off the map when to cancel it and just having the worse ult in the game mode. So glad i finished it earlier.

Seeing Flats get rolled by Lucio makes me feel slightly better about this BS event. Whoever decided the boop should also stun deserves a special place in Rein's poon dungeon.
Playing Rein there looked like the unfun part of a being in a bumper car, or that old "Socker Bopper" thing but you are that kid in the commercial where all the other kids are ganging up on him, but instead of smiling, he's mad like he should be.
Anyone who grinded the Ramattra title knows just how bad this event can get, so many matches... so many junkerqueens...

For me, as noob, the windowsmaker challenge was so painful. In every lobby, every lucio chased me, and in additional I can't aim well
I never even considered trying this, I struggled just getting the ult challenges to get the mercy skin

I finally got all the titles yesterday not sure it was worth but it was fun occasionally
I hated the charge bug when you're empowered. At least it instakills while it's active.
99% of my charges when going for the voiceline for the mercy skin were direct charges that knocked people away. Rein is just suffering to play.

Kinda had fun with this event. Had a vendetta on all Hogs and a little bit on the smug bee Lucios.
What grinds my gears is why there are icons for the Minotaurs and Hermes but you can´t unlock them even it says "available in the shop"? They would go so well with the titles.

I’ve done most of them hey Reid was by far the fastest of those that I did. Widows and as the dark souls of overwatch, between spinning Lucios and a line up of tanks it’s tough even when you’re hitting your shots.

I'm almost willing to bet money they include the titles in the bundles when they inevitably bring these skins back into the shop in future seasons.
The trick is to get into a lobby where you're stomping and then when you get to 18 or 19 and have a good lead jump of the map a few times to go back down to 15 or 16
