I just wanted to say I used to drink lemon water religiously last year and I was having problems with my teeth so I went to a hygienist and he told me that the acidity in the lemon strips the enamel but because it doesn’t make your teeth yellow you don’t realise. I still drink lemon water I just use a straw so that it goes straight into my mouth rather than sticking to my enamel. Also I love your videos ☺️
