I cannot tell how much this has helped me out with my study habits! people usually think these r for like older people( high school, college)
but this is great for young kids like me too! I am in middle school and this has helped me study for longer! it has increased my concentration in my study! Thank you so much for such a lovely video!

edit: 50 minutes in and i've been so productive! i got my first english assignment done- many more to go! but i'm a lot more focussed than usual. this is actually making studying not so bad
edit 2: on the second break! (the first 5 min one) i'm surprised how much work i can actually get done with this technique. also, munchkin is so stinking cute 😩
edit 3: third study session done! schoolwork is so hard 😭 but i'm almost done! it's midnight tho lmao
