편안함과 망상을 헷갈리면 안 된다고 생각해요. 결국 현실에 머무를 수 있는 힘이 길러지는 것을 목표로 해야만 한다고 보거든요. 그래서 저는 피아노곡, 혹은 재즈 음악 중간중간에 '지금 여기'에 머무를 수 있는 알림음을 넣어서 사용했거든요. 효과도 좋고, 주위의 반응도 상당히 좋아서요. 유튜브 채널에 가끔씩 업로드하고 있어요 :)

같이 3시간 공부하고 끝날때즈음 잔잔한 노래 나오길래 음 좋다 하고 있었는데 “스스로 자랑스러워해도 된다”는 글귀에서 울컥했어요.. 내가 선택한 길이고 너무 가고싶어서 선택한거지만 치열한 경쟁과 불확실한 미래에 저도모르게 부담을 가지고 있었나봐요. 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다. 덕분에 외로운 수험생활 잘 버텨가고 있어요. ☺️🤍
무슨 말씀인지 어렴풋이지만 알 것 같습니다. 내가 가고 싶어서 선택한 길이어도... 그 안에서 마주해야 하는 불안감은 피할 수 없고, 특히나 그 길이 시험준비라면, 혼자만의 시간이 길어지면서 그 불안감이 가랑비에 옷 젖듯 스며들어 어느새 잠식당할 때가 있죠. 힘들고 외로운 수험생활에 가끔 이렇게 댓글 남겨주시면 제가 조금이나마 위로해드리겠습니다 :) 잘 버텨가시고 계시니, 그 끝엔 분명 좋은 일 있으실거에요. 화이팅 ❤️
