Devil Blade Reboot (デビルブレイド リブート) - Retro Mode (Hard) 1CC/ALL Clear [14.8M]

A recreation of the 1996 Dezaemon Plus original with Reboot's mechanics. And it's janky.
I mean, the original is also janky because of the limitations of the engine, but it has its charm, but it slightly falls on its face when it expects you to play it the same way as the main game, when it wasn't exactly designed around it. To unlock it, you must spend 300 coins.
Unlike in Reboot, you have to wait for the enemies to stop firing and be in their "leaving" phase to get the big multipliers, I swear it's actually impossible or extremely difficult to get 100% shot down rate in the stages, especially in case of Stage 5 and the walls that block your shots.
And unlike the main game, the berserk percentage doesn't get turned into points when reaching a boss, if you die during the boss, all of it is gone and you better try somewhat salvaging it with the Boost bomb.
Hard Mode is basically the same as Normal, the only change in this mode when berserk's active is that the bullets are faster and the jank cubes in Stage 4 shoot diagonally, but that's the only stage related change the mode has.
The highest leaderboard score for this mode right now is 23.5M and I would want to see a replay of that, because getting that high of a score would require extremely pixel perfect positioning and I don't pass it off as a cheated run, I don't roll like that, I am genuinely curious how the guy even got that.
