Everything is so beautiful! I love the simplicity of your packaging! I wish your videos lasted 30 mins lol I just learn so much and you’re always so real and genuine, it’s so rare these days so thank you for being you!!
I love everything you do. You are one of my favorites. I especially love your cement candle jars those are my one of my favorites. I like clear glass jars as well. I also like some tin can candle containers. I want to just work with melts and work my way up to the cement jars.

Hello, I love your videos on candle and wax melt-making. I do have a question but , what type of wax do you use for making the wax melts ? And where do you add the sealer ?
Hi Calafia Candle, this is going to be my first-time doing wax melts. I will be using the same wax that you are using and the same clamshell. My question is I will be doing a hundred shell, how much wax will I need to use? You said each shell holds 2.5 oz and I multiplied that by a 100 came up to 250. How much wax will I need to order?
Great question! This is something I recently started doing, as I have now changed to a different type of sample packaging. Warning labels are a requirement.
@@calafiacandleco the coconut container wax can be used as it is or do we need to add something else like soy before the using it . Never tried it but keen to try
@@kdhillionit can certainly be used as is for candles. If you’re planning on using container wax for wax melts, I would consider adding something to it to make it firmer.
Love it! A tip… I use and sell wax melt liners that allow me to switch out and add a different scent and I save the one I pop out for a later time!

You are really inspiring, thank you very much. May I know where the heart silicone mold is from? I liked the size of your samples.
Thank you so much! I have it linked in my Amazon storefront, which you can find linked in the description box. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful product and video, thank you. What is the cure time for the C 55 wax? Can you give insight to rather a full week is necessary for curing?
I do find a week cure time works well for the C55 wax. It takes a bit for the scent to fully develop.
Hi! Great info and lovely wax melts. Where did you get your wax melt warmer? I really like that
Hello! I got it on Etsy. Looks like it’s sold out, but I’m sure there are similar ones on Etsy or Amazon. www.etsy.com/listing/516685111/
Thanks for the info
Can you please show us how to do the sprays - please please
Very nice
I didn't see the link for the clamshells you use. I may have over looked it. Can you please post a link?

Hi, I have the wax linked in the video. C55 wax. What sealer are you referring to?
How much liquid wax in grams did we need and fragrance oil did we need in grams thank you
The one I have is quite soft

Hi, did you print yourself the labels?, and if you do , what printer and paper you used?
On the sample you didn’t add a warning label. Is a warning label required or just something you do?
Great question! This is something I recently started doing, as I have now changed to a different type of sample packaging. Warning labels are a requirement.
Love your videos! Have you done a video on your room sprays?
Thanks so much! I haven’t! Added to the list
Great informational video. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Did you purchase your wax from midwest?
My current box is from Porter Candle Supply, but I will be purchasing from Midwest when I need to replenish.
So if you heat it to 190-200F you put the fragrance in immediately and it doesn't burn off?
No, fragrance doesn’t burn off. That’s a myth.
Can you add color to this formula for the melts?
You definitely could! I've never used color, but have been looking into it.
How do you find the C55 work for your wax melts. Does it have a strong scent throw
Yes! I personally find it throws wonderfully. I love it.
@@calafiacandleco ok thanks
Can you use coconut wax to make wax melts or do I need to buy the coconut wax tart?
You can try, but you may need to add something to it to make it harder. You usually want a more firm wax for melts.
Love the video
Thank you! :)
Where do you get your candle wax
Hello! I get my coco83 from California candle supply. And I’m now getting my SP 487 from sunshine candle supply on Etsy.
Thanks i really appreciate it
How well does it hold the fragrance
Very well! C55 is a great wax. I actually find my melts to be more fragrant than the candles.
I thought coconut wax was soft
Coconut container waxes are soft, but this is a tart wax. So it is a lot harder since it’s intended for something like wax melts.
