How many titles Lebron had before joining the Heat in his first 7 years with the Cavs? What no one talks about is that Lebron learned from a 9 time NBA Champion how to win titles! Lebron clearly bought in to the culture in 2010 when made the statement not 1, not 2, not 3, all the way to not 8 titles in a row... The Heat organization is the most successful Organization in the Eastern conference since 1999...

The most painful part w/c the Heat might not admit is that, it was DWade's current team that booted them out of the playoffs! Just solid proof that the Good Lord doesn't sleep, & also that maybe it was Karma that struck Miami for what they did & how they dismissed DWade. Then Riley (who most probably is still butt hurt) even said that LBJ might have had something to do w/ DWade leaving Miami, so absurd huh !!!!!!!!

renato locsin what do you mean most painful part? Riley was right to not overpay for wade. Like the other guy said it could have been kobe 2.0.
Do you seriously think wade could take the heat to the playoffs???? Remember if riley paid wade then that means no waiters and no james johnson on our team. Dragic doesnt play well with wade and who knows what minimum paid players would be on this squad.
The bulls were considered at the start of the year a top 4 east team. They limped into the playoffs while miami considered by most a lottery team fought back and were eliminated from playoff contention the final day of the regular season.

Miami should have treated DW the proper way if they had to let him go. For a guy who was as loyal to his team as DW was to Miami, they should have given DW more respect. It was reported that Riley supposedly never really forgave DW for not notifying them about LBJ's intentions of leaving, they never believed DW that he didn't know about LBJ plans of going back to CLE, nevertheless, since Riley had no proof that DW knew about LBJ's plans etc..... i felt that they should have been more straight forward w/ DW & he should have gotten better treatment from the so called "First Class" Heat Organization! From what i've gathered, it was the inability of Mitch Kupchak & co. to recruit better players etc..... even if the LAL didn't give Kobe that max contract, they still wouldn't have been a playoff contender.

renato locsin who reported that Riley never forgave wade bc I never heard of that one? It's been reported by Brian windbag and other reporters that riles left his final meeting with Lebron knowing that he wasn't comming back. Now did wade knew about lebron leaving idk and I bet nobody will ever know.
Should riley give wade more respect??? yeah he should have but don't forget riley is running a business and every player old and new knows this. This is why Chris Bosh earlier this week acknowledge and understand why miami did what they did.
I didn't want to see wade go but I thought 2 years $40 million was a fair price. Riley has to think of the future and can't invest on a player who this year played 14 less games than his final year in miami.

Anyway, all I can say is that this isn't how a "First Class" Organization operates or should treat a superstar who was loyal to his team. Additionally, Riley should also take into consideration that it was mainly bec of DW that LBJ came to Miami, & of which resulted in back to back titles, something that i don't think will EVER be duplicated. More or less, I knew what was going to happen to CB, a few other experts speculated that, coz in truth, CB was over paid.
