Missing the throw out bearing I think it’s called. Between 3rd and 4th gear. It fits over that special D shaped washer with the snap ring. Also missing the oil slinger plastic piece on the front side of 4th gear that actually lubricates that bearing and the needle bearing between 3rd and 4th gear.
Just a heads up for anyone else who’s rebuilding their m5od. I only know this because I followed these videos to rebuild mine and took special care to pay attention to detail when taking my trans apart. All in all pretty solid video and saved me money and time. Thanks

@@xxv8539 yes, but the info I needed was pretty much there… I would’ve done the video much differently

All the docs I see just call it the the main shaft thrust bearing. The throwout bearing is also a thrust-type bearing but it's in the bell housing between the clutch fork/slave cylinder and the pressure plate.

@@polymetric2614 I’m not exactly sure of each name, I just know what the bearings were called when I had to order them online. Different places called them different names. Either way, there are lots of bearings to pay attention to

Instead of the brass punch we usually use the handle of the hammer. Also if you taking put a punch or center punch into the center of the counter shaft you can lift it up with one hand while you put the bearing in with the other on the front side...

Also if you use a little assembly lube your needle bearings will stay in place better
