Hi .... I am filling ds 160 for USA. In family details page.. It is asked to provide my father and mother name and date of birth but my parents have only given names but no surname so what should I fill in surname and given name options plz tell asap

Hi po ask ko Lang did you request for eligibility letter? We received our NVC letter. But our attorney said it’s not the eligibility . And for that we will have to wait for the eligibility letter . May I ask how can we request for that letter for us to set an appointment for medical and interview? Thanks for your response

Donna Mae Luna Hi! Hindi po kami nag request ng eligibility letter. Dumating lang po sa fiancee ko na nasa pinas at natanggap ko rin po sa email ko.

Marjorie De ocampo hi ate! No need to wait for the eligibility letter kung meron na po kayo case number na natanggap from NVC. Eligibility letter po ay parang guide lang po and instructions para po sa visa.
