My bamix is 5 years old and I had to repair it twice. The total costs of reparation is more than 150 euro. It is never the motor, so reparations fall outside of the guarantee. The previous simple blender device was 10 years old and never needed a reparation, only plastic accessories would brake but not the mixer itself. I am very disappointed and even more so considering that costs of purchase were more than triple without counting the reparations. Dont be fooled by spectacular promises of a superior quality.
Does it.Grind peanut butter,
sesame seed butter?
dry fruit into paste?
one of my blades is flat. What is that used for?
The tilted disc blade? It's for wipping cream or egg white.
Bamix grind whole flaxseed?
Wording is unclear: is the lifetime warranty for units manufactured after 2012 valid on the motor only or the whole unit?

No information about how to change blades.
push the blade straight into the shaft till it clicks, to remove just pull straight straight out
When attaching a blade make sure the peg on the side of the shaft goes all the way into the notch in the blade.
You push them into place and pull them off.
