I'm a Saints fan but , I feel for the city of St.Louis.Those fans supported 2 football teams, Cardinals and Rams well, but lost them both.I think the people of St.Louis deserves an NFL team.
Rams always give us problems in the Payton era for some reason. 2007 they were winless we were 4-4 won 4 straight and they beat us in the dome. They gave us problems in this game, beat us in 2011 I think they were winless again, beat us again in 2013. We beat them pretty easily in 2010, 2016. But they beat us again last year.
Wow I remember watching this game live. Too many emotions throughout the course of this game for my 8th grade self to handle. The (eventual) Super Bowl Champion Saints and the (eventual) worst-team-in-the-league Rams (ouch lol) coming down to the final play of the game. If there's any reason to believe in the saying "any given Sunday," this is it!
Even when the Rams were struggling, they've always given the Saints problems. This game wouldn't be any different. Another Bart Simpson high quality special. #GottaLoveIt
For some reason the Saints have problems with teams like the Rams, Redskins, and Browns no matter what their record is. We play all 3 this season, hopefully we can beat them all.
Thanks for uploading these Saints 2009 games. Do you have the one where Robert Meachem stole the ball back and ran it back for a touchdown? I think they were playing the Redskins.
Ahh. Steven Jackson. That man kept many a Rams fan alive during the Spags, Fischer eras, including myself. Tequila and beer sales were up those years, I tell you, and I don't even like tequila. Haha
We were at this game. Made the trip from KC to St. Louis and bought some cheap seats from a scalper to see my Saints barely pull this 1 out. A win is a win, right?
The 1 thing I instantly remember about this game was one of the saints very good corners had a serious looking knee injury in this game I thought that injury was season ending and hurt the saints Chances of winning the superbowl luckily the cornerback came back right before the playoffs I believe it was Tracy porter
The Rams need to go back to the yellow and blue uniforms from the 80's. They were the second coolest uniforms, first were the Chargers with the yellow lightining bolt blue jerseys and orange facemask.
For 3 straight weeks Greg Williams gave up 100 yards rushing; against Michael Turner, DeAngelo Williams, and Steven Jackson. Here he nearly let Marc Bulger drop 300 yards when the Rams QBs were atrocious
As much as I despise the Rams I preferred when they were in St. Louis. And noooo I don’t despise them because of the “No call” I despise them because they were always thorn in our side even back when they were both in the same division

Bart you are the man. I started rewatching the 09 Saints Season and so glad I found you after the first or second game. Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much for uploading these. I've been enjoying going back in time to watch the eventual Super Bowl champs, The Saints.
What has flickzone got to do with the 2009 saints, guys?
Thanks...great game....and big upgrade....Didn't know the Rams could give them a challenge....

Out of the whole Saints Super Bowl season, I forget this game for some reason 🤷🏿♂️

Fox needs to bring chris rose back because he was a great analyst and announcer
REGGIE BUSH
Can you do the Lions at Saints game from this past season?
tried uploading that one, got blocked unfortunately. same thing will probably happen with the falcons game - i'll get you links to download them soon
Damn. Could you maybe just do the fourth quarter of the game to where it won't get blocked?
still don't think that would work, sorry. TH-cam is crazy strict with 2017 games. would you still want a link to download them?
Yes please if you can. Both the Saints and Lions and the Saints at Falcons right?
yep, link should be up in an hour or so
The Saints was the best Superbowl winners of all time
The 1 thing I instantly remember about this game was one of the saints very good corners had a serious looking knee injury in this game I thought that injury was season ending and hurt the saints Chances of winning the superbowl luckily the cornerback came back right before the playoffs I believe it was Tracy porter

The fans dropping meachems TD footballs is funny. Happened twice lol butter fingers

The best team in the NFC vs The worst team in the NFL
Why do we always struggle against the Rams even when we are insainly amazing and they are god awful?
