The old Futaba radio behind you was the first RC radio I ever used! It was on my cousin's Tamiya Super Champ way back in the early 80's! Its amazing how a quick look at something can bring back memories.

I took off those rollbars, I know probably not recommended, but they smack the rollcage on the body, not allowing full travel, also the receiver is not located in the fuel cell, rather its accessed from underneath the body.
Nice review! 7:00 rollbars need to allow some roll. If they didn't, the right wheel couldn't travel up without the left wheel travelling up the same distance. The stiffness of the rollbars is a compromise depending on the type of racing, the rest of the geometry and even a bit of personal preference.
Its a 1/10 yeti with a different body and tires, axial kits come with lots of hop up parts included in kit. Less electronics of course. I love my yeti, its a ripper.thanks man!

Nice review. I have been on the fence with the Yeti since they came out. They almost had me with this Score version. When I saw the new RR10, I preordered it immediately. That model is more in line with what I want. I'm still thinking about getting a Yeti Score. I'm hoping for a better looking body. I hope to see you review the RR10!

thats a rad idea putting the lexan guys on the body posts...i think i'll do the same thing when i create my own on my custom made crawlers. im picking up a "roller" with motor tho, for 175 tomorrow morn.... =D

oh dont get me wrong ive fallen in love with my new slash, given that im more of an axial man than i am traxxas... but axial are very sneaky haha they have a very nasty habit of releasing new models on the down low dont they... if i had have known earlier about this thing it would have been the score, hands down! for me

I had just bought a Yeti Kit as this was announced, whilst I enjoyed the build and running it with the stock body is it possible to fit this body to the normal Yeti? Extended body posts? Any ideas anyone?

I love the truck but i have some questions. Is it a great first time truck or should i start withe something smaller. I'm getting this truck in January and i have been looking at this truck since the first release and im in love with this truck but i would like to know if this is a good truck to start out with and what size battery you would use.
+Easton Dieter For bashing around it would be a great first time truck. Maybe use a 2S LiPo to start with and as you get more comfortable driving and as your skills increase, you can get a 3S LiPo for more speed and power.
Hey BBOWEN sorry for bothering you again but is this the right socket piece for the battery DTXC2065? its a battery off of tower hobbies and im not finding alot of batteries with the T plug in.

I love by Ultimate Slash even more now. That thing needs a skid cover on the rear shaft. Lot of bendy plastic. I jump my Slash all the time, never worried about anything breaking. On that thing, I could see hitting a rock or something cracking that rear end. It just looks fragile compared to my Slash. Way overpriced also.

Driftomaniacs Proline make extended body posts and with a little finess it should fit.

the resiver is not in the fuel tank thing i belive it under the axial yeti well you can access

I've heard the trophy truck is very under geared. Probably to keep the ESC and Motor very cool under most all conditions.

Sorry +Easton Dieter, I'm not sure what you mean by socket piece. That battery should work with Trophy Truck though.
well in your video you said it need a T piece battery like where the sppedcontrol and the battery come together
Hi +Easton Dieter. Yes, you need a t-style connector (also known as a Deans connector). That DTXC2065 battery will work! Have fun.

If you put 2s battery it will be fast
