Can I ask how to get my hot water temp to appear on the main controller front screen? I have to keep going all the way into the settings to see THW
And I have already set it to display room & tank. But the tank temp never shows on the main controller screen. Just the room
Hi Matthew, go to initial settings, scroll down to temp display, change the setting from " ROOM " To room + Tank " - Exit the main menu and you should see the square with the bubbles top right with the temperature
if anybody watches this and the controller is touch buttons hold the tap and the suitcase to put it in pair mode
Can you please tell me why the actual heat temperature (at the bottom of the remote) all of a sudden, namely last two nights, keeps rising ? During the day yesterday it went upto 26 degrees, yet I only had the top button on 15 ???
Hi Mel, where do you keep the room thermostat? only reason this would rise is if the stat is recognising a change in room temperature.
Hi, we have this problem with our stat but the stat in the loft is in locked mode, so therefore I cannot get into engineer mode, does anyone know how to unlock it? Can’t find anything on google
your stat is locked ? or your main rc, if you are relating to the main rc, i.e main controller .. press and hold the tick button and return button until the padlock at the top of the screen disappears.

Hello i dont have RC1 but RC6 set in the settings. Does that mean i need to select 6 on the remote controller?

Does this work if you have multiple controller units? I have 3! Do is it Room RC1?? 🤷🏼♀️
Its more complicated with multiple stats, need to make sure the stat you are trying to repair goes to the correct zone, i.e zone 1 stat to room rc1, stat 2 to room rc2 ... some installers will write in pen on the back of the stat which one is which, however some will let you guess
Anyone know how to remove the battery cover/stand on the wireless?
Just push it up and it will click, then pull towards you

ive got this issue now but the main powered box doesnt have any power at all. Ive replaced the wireless revivers batteries. that got rid of the 3 code but the main unit doesnt have power for some reason
