It makes me sad how some people aren't taking this game seriously. It's a moving depiction of how years of living in an abusive, tumultuous household can affect a person, and how they cope with their trauma, and whether or not they manage to move on at all. Aidnam grew up watching his parents fight, as well as possibly being abused, and his only means of escape was through playing games on his computer. In the present, he attempts to submerge himself into the aforementioned memories, only for it to all come back and haunt him. It's tragic, and I appreciate how this game speaks on dark topics such as domestic abuse, loneliness, and suicide.
